Why is this in the "other areas" when Jang-Ahn Dong is located in eastern Seoul?

Take the purple line (eastbound) and get off at "Janghanpyeong" and RTFF for specific directions. It's literally a street filled with MPs left and right. A hit and miss really but you can always find a gem in one of the hundreds of establishments.
