The crux of your argument would seem to be 'other people do it, so it must be OK'.

My mother (and everyone else's as far as I know) had a saying about friends and bridges which covered the idea.

Look, if you want to go wildly sticking your unsheathed knob in random women around the world, there is fuck all I, or anyone else can do to stop you. It increases potential blood-flow in a way to make it easier for your body to do your horny mind's desire, but isn't going to create desire, just enable it. If you walk to Sukhumvit from Soi 4, turn left, there is a large pharmacy just past BULLY'S PUB that sells both genuine and generic Viagra; the generic will be either Kamagra or Panagra. They have both pills and gel packs. They also have genuine and generic Ciallis. Their prices aren't the lowest in town but not too far off.

A quarter of a pill probably won't do much. A half a pill taken about 30 to 45 minutes before any "action" will usually enhance and prolong your erection, it will not make you more horny except that you will find yourself responding more physically to stimulation, such as when a girl gropes you in a bar. Heavy alcohol consumption or a large meal can diminish the effectiveness. Someone just reported picking up a freelancer on Suk for ST at 1000 Baht. I do recall enjoying good times at places like Country Road and 5 Star bars which had live rock bands and probably still do.
