I have heard that Orange message so many times "the orange number you are dialing cannot be reached", I never understood what that meant, whether the chica was in some dead spot or whether the Orange system was having some trouble.

I am very rarely on the north coast and very rarely in punta cana. In and around Santo Domingo I have had no trouble with Claro (except for the day after Saint Valentines Day, Dia de Amor, when Claro service went down for over 10 hours).

Make a reservation for your first night at some hotel and then when you are in Santo Domingo you can walk around and visit different hotels to see which hotel you may like better. The workers in the hotels will show their rooms without any commitment that you will stay there. Choose whatever hotel you feel most comfortable in. Most of the smaller hotels in my opinion are generally chica friendly. Before you take a chica to your hotel confirm that she has cedula (dominican identification card). Some hotels check a chica's cedula religiously, other hotels they may not.

Duque de Wellington from their webpage has a rate of $47 per night. If you stay your first night in duque de wellington hotel, you will by in the middle of the action, with 305 across the street, satin and sky high around the corner. Also a popular restaurant / bakery / sandwich shop / empanada place (villar hernanos) is on the same side of the street as the duque de wellington, about 100 feet from the duque de wellington hotel. There are usually guys standing outside on the sidewalk in front of club 305 till very late at night. The owner of 305 stands outside on the sidewalk at times. The policia nacional also stop their vehicles in front of the duque de wellington hotel and they go inside and visit 305.

There will usually be a streetwalker or two that stands in front of the duque de wellington.

Hotel Danae is on a quiet side street which some people may prefer. As a newbie to santo domingo who is there for mongering, duque de wellington hotel should be a good hotel for at least the first night until you get bearings. I have not stayed at duque de wellington hotel and I don't know how their rooms are. Next door to the duque de wellington is the hotel navarro, priced at about $37 per night (about 1400 pesos).

A must have when staying in beach towns is mosquito repellent spray. I have stayed twice at the Barcello Capello Hotel in Juan Dolio. The first time I had a room on the second floor with a balcony that faced the sea. The second time I was on the first floor with a room that faced the sea. The second trip there were a bunch of mosquitoes in the room. When I stayed at the Barcello, before the trip I had a Dominican friend call the hotel a day or two before my arrival with a request that I be given a room facing the beach and the water, both times I was given a room facing the water at no extra charge. Using google you can find a scanned version of the hotel's map, I stayed in building 4000 or 8000. That building is adjacent to the Hemigway condominium complex which is nice building.

Across the street from the Capella entrance is a gift store where the owner exchanges money, you can also buy phone cards there for claro or orange. Usually motoconcho guys waiting near that gift shop. If you walk to your right when exiting the Capella you will see the Hemingway condominium building and if you continue to walk on that road you will see a few small plazas, with pharmacies and restaurants. I ate at a nice restaurant there one night. Mostly well off Dominicans will be in those restaurants on the weekend.

When I stayed at the Capella, starting Friday night there was an influx of Dominicans with their families. Saturday and Sunday lots of Domincans at the Capella. Capella has two pools and two dining areas.

The closest casa to the Capella will be Caprichios. The main four lane road that runs through Juan Dolio is called the Boulevard. There is 1 1/2 lane small road that runs closer to the beach (I call that road the beach road). Caprichios is on the Boulevard (I have posted photos before see my post 2355 in this thread dated November 25, 2009).

I am not sure if Showgirls is still open in Juan Dolio. Showgirls will be about 3/4 of a mile from the capella. Motoconcho prices when you travel in and around Juan Dolio should be 25-50 pesos. Good to have low denomination bills or loose change to pay the motoconchos. I usually bring with me at least 30 one dollar bills, which you can use to tip some people. You can ask the motoconcho driver if he will take a one dollar bill to take you the where the public beach is located in Juan Dolio. In tourist towns with the foreign tourists the prices are usually more than what Dominicans pay.

I will talk to local Dominican guys in the street to learn more about the pay for play scene. Sometimes I may buy them a beer or a coffee. Even if I have a car, I may pay a motoconcho driver to show me where some places are located. I am friendly, polite and firm, they need to get the message that I am not a sucker. Many will be happy to earn something, other ones are hardcore idiots. You have to try to avoid the hardcore idiot guys, but don't be afraid to use some dominican guys to help you find what you want. If in doubt walk away or ask "Cuento Cuesta"=how much for anything in DR. Always Politur near the public beach in Juan Dolio.

Of course. My itinerary when walking from the airport to the Riazor would include a stop at the Texaco gas station near the airport for a large bottle of President beer (better prices at the Texaco than inside the airport and some famous Puerto Ricans have been spotted there buying beer listening to Ven Bailalo with their driver from Apollo taxi; [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OFF2ZEsbC1A[/url]).

My next stop would be at Paco club located near the airport to see some chicas with some thick thighs. After that I would stop at the the gran paradise massage center located near the Friger building and get a 4 handed massage with some oral and maybe some vaginal or anal.

After that maybe a stop at the Hipodromo to see the ponies race. If it is a weekend maybe the auto race track will be open and I can see some promotion model chicas in sexy clothes. From there maybe cross the highway and walk along the Sea and get sprayed with seawater from the waves. Near the pontoon bridge to cross into the main tourist part of santo domingo there will be guys selling fish (one time a good sized Dorado was for sale there) , there will be guys with lines in the water trying to catch stuff while standing on the bridge. After I have crossed the bridge I will walk on the Malecon and visit D'Luis Parrilada, maybe call a chica and have her drive over and she will order a whiskey on the rocks. The beef on skewers was good here and the fajitas they serve with the meat, onions, peppers on a hot skillet with 5-6 soft flat taco shells on the side, with chopped cheese on the side, to make your own fajita.

Visit Foxys if it is nighttime, then Baby Dolls, stop at the park that juts out into the Sea that has food stalls. Make a right onto Pasteur from the Malecon after the V centenario hotel and say Hello, to the people I know on Pasteur. Sky high, satin and girls house are located on this street with 305 around the corner. Make a left on Independencia and further down independencia I could make a right on calle cervantes and visit the happy ending massage place that is open during the day located adjacent to the supermarket.

The cook at Manolos who works at 4am puts more meat in the burger than the chef who is there around 9pm.
