There are many strip clubs in Kiev, though they do not normally allow hand jobs as far as I know (they have cameras). But there are also many massage parlours where you can get a HJ of course. I found my dollar is going much further in Ukraine then it used to. Haven't had a pro or semi pro turn down $100/hr which usually translates to 90-120minutes.

Any as far as serial dating goes it's a buyers market too. Even for me I've been absolutely swamped. As the Ukrainian economy has come back from fantasyland to reality so have the girls.

If you just go upstairs from Metrograd (main entrance) in front of the bessarabski rinok and keeping the Lenin monument at your back you will see the rinok in front of you... Arena is at your right with all the Mandarin Complex.

In front of you you will find a twoo door grocery/milk shop, with passage to the Rinok (market) at the left there is a safe ATM. It's giving out money up to the limit of your card. Otherwise try the ones inside the Tsum. just a blok away on K street (there is also an Apoteka selling condoms, Viagra, Cialis and Levitra!)

I usually use onle one ATM when abroad so if they copy the card in some way you know where. (It already happened). That is in my inpression a safe on because it's inside a bank and widely used by the people working in the Rinok... I usually go after locals!

IT, I pulled 5000uah out of the SEB bank across from Arena on the same side of the street as (what used to be?) Eric's Bar. When I was staying in the Maidan area I always used the ATM at the top of the steps of Globus because there was always a guard within a few meters 24/7. They also have enclosed ATM's in the center now too - like ProCredit - I only use ATM's that are attached to real banks.

That little store in the area you mentioned is gone now. The storefronts are empty on that side. I heard Billa, a large supermarket chain has some plans for that area of the rinok.
