I didn't mean to sound too critical. If I had done a search on KP rather than K pressure, I would have found your earlier post. Another post by someone said that the place on Woosung street turned out to be a bar, not the brothel, and here is a quote from another post:

"It's on Kowloon island near the intersection of Nathan Road and Jordan Road. The entrance is on Shanghai Street near the corner of Shanghai Street and Jordan Road. Look for the 24 hour McDonald's on Shanghai street and you will find K Pressure close by. The nearest MTR station is Jordan (Exit A)."

That one caused me the most trouble, because KP is not on Shanghai, and there is no McDs on Shanghai st, but a lot of other massage places are on that street. I might also add that there is a large construction site at the corner of shanghai and jordan, which put the thought in my mind that maybe KP and McD's both got recently torn down. All the maps in the world won't help if the post says it is on Shanghai st, and another post says that the Woosung place is actually just a bar.

My point is that you can find some confusing info about the location of KP if you read enough posts, and I was just trying to be helpful to the next wandering HK newbie like myself.

I am sure that those who came, or rather, went to KP and 37D, before me had given great directions, which was the only reason I could locate it easily.

That said, I do remember this: a few weeks before I left for HK the last time, I did spend a couple of hours on Google Maps making sure I got the feel of the land, if you know what I mean. Then I printed the relevant pages and put my own markers on where I thought the "places-of-interest" would be. Then, when I was in HK, I put those print outs into my "tourist guide" and referred to them when needed. .

I know this forum is growing by leaps and bounds, but, my suggestion to most new people reading this forum would be: read the "fine" messages (RTFM) on this forum, especially for well known places like 37D, KP. 141, 161 and 148 area / bldg locations.

The only thing that really bothers me in HKG are the "elevator mind games." Some elevators go to some floors and then some don't seem to go anywhere! HKG was the first place where I felt like I was in a real life Matrix. [/QUOTE]

I had, back in 2005 initiated a thread for Maps in Hong Kong
and also posted a map of KP at that time (which is still there).
But since the common bushwa could not be kept away diluting everything, I lost interest.

Stayed in Renaissance hotel in Wan Chai. As I was quite bussy and came back late (about midnight) didn't think originally to do anything. But I went to the elevators was approached by lady asking "massage?". Even though I had not planned I asked how much and she quoted 1400. I said know. She went down to 800 and in the room to 600. She asked for pfrontpayment what I rejected. She was in her mid thirties I guess. No shower, no BJ, just HJ to stimulate. Allowed findering however. Than miss and doggy finished. Paid. Left.

It really depends on the girl. The Viets tend to stick pretty close to 1K for ST, and 1. 2 to 1. 5K for LT although I haven't a lot of Viets want LT. The Fils and Indo gals usually go for 700-800 ST and 1000 LT and tend to be more GFE. The So. Amer ask stupid prices and aren't worth the price of a lady drink IMHO, most of them would starve in this business in their home country. If you hook up with a Mongolian gal, hang on and most are worth the 1000- 1500 they ask. Of course all of this is open to neg. With the gal, but I think it is a good starting point. I am sure others will have advice as well.

SM[/QUOTE]There are fantastic Bars in Wan Chai, however if you are looking for something with Russian girls, your best option is Hari's Bar on a Friday night after 11pm. Hari's is located on the mezzanine level of the Holiday Inn, corner Nathan and Mody in TST. Stay and punt in the same hotel.

I posted this in another forum, however seems quite relevant here based on recent discussions.

All Bros have their preferred means of punting, my favourite is punting in bars. As a result, over the years, after hundreds of bar punts, I have made a lot of mistakes and stumbled over some good methods as well. The following is just what works for me, I welcome other Bros adding what has worked for them.

What's it all about?

I thought the best place to start was to be 100% clear about what I mean about punting in bars. I am talking specifically about punting in bars in Hong Kong. I don't have the same degree of experience in China or Macau so I am limiting (my comments at least) to punting in bars in Hong Kong.

It's just good FUN!

The thing I most like about the bar punting scene is it's so darn "normal". You're going to a bar, often with friends, have a few drinks, listen to some music. Catch the eye of a few cute chicks and make your move. About the only difference between this and "real" civvie life is you are much more likely to score a pretty girl every time. However, if there is nothing that appeals, if you change your mind about having a punt. There is always the option of not punting and just having a few drinks while enjoying some music. No rule that says if you enter a Wan Chai bar you must walk out with a WG. There's no pressure, relax. Have fun and if you see something you like, have a crack!

Try before you buy.

Another favourite aspect of bar punting is the "try before you buy". The opportunity to chat to a girl BEFORE you part with too much hard earned is truly useful. Almost like an "audition". The Bar punting scene by it's nature typically attracts many girls who have reasonable communication skills so if your girl can't speak your language. Or at least communicate to a level you're happy with, move on to another. The savvy bar punter will use this "try before you buy" time to assess how likely he is to enjoy the experience. Sure there is no such thing as a sure thing, but at least this gives you a snap shot into the WG's personality. Use this time to get to know each other, search for chemistry, what will she do? Won't do? How much? How long? Feel free to discuss all these topics to ensure you get what you want. You can also use this time to see how the girl gets along with other Bros, how does she get along with her friends. This is a great time to look for signs of moodiness. However the single MOST important thing you will do at this stage is agree to terms.

What do you want?

What will she do?

How long will she do it for?

How much will it cost?

Get this sorted out IN ADVANCE and you will rarely have a problem. If you don't get it sorted out, many WG's will try and leave early, will want more money or provide less service etc.

How to get started?

Best way to get started bar punting is to jump straight in. However. A few things to keep in mind. In most cases during your first few visits to punting bars, you will clearly look like a Newbie in these eyes of the WGs. The Bros there won't care, they are busy trying to look cool themselves, but the WGs will sense it. This can have 2 possible reactions:

The first possibility is they will sense your enthusiasm and identify you as someone they can scam. By that I don't mean steal your wallet, I mean they will think you can over pay, that you won't understand how things work and they can close a deal with you, go back to your room, screw you and be back at the bar looking for then next guy in less than an hour.

The second possibility is they will identify you as a "tyre kicker". In these cases, it will seem like no matter how hard you try, you will struggle to get the attention of the WGs to the point you will wonder if they are in fact WGs.

You will be AMAZED how this changes, the moment you leave the bar with your first girl. Come back the next night and you will be treated a lot more seriously. Then as you go to more and more bars you will start to have the look of a "punter". Someone who has been around, knows the ropes and can't be ripped off. At the same time they will see you are not a tyre kicker and so won't waste their time either so expect a lot more attention the more you punt in bars.

Seriously, no need to be shy, no need to worry what other Bros may think if you chat to a WG. Every Bro is there fore the same (or similar) reason. Enjoy yourself, the more you try. They easier it will become to buy!

How to make your move? Simple. Eye contact. The WGs in the bar spend their entire night trying to make eye contact with Bros. Smile, look friendly and make eye contact. Gesture for the girl to come over (be sure to do it politely. NOT like calling your dog) and you're halfway there. Make some small talk, let the WG get to see your a nice guy THEN talk price, service and duration. Don't do it straight away, give the girl a chance to like you first.

On your own or in a group?

If you are new to the scene and you have a friend to go with you, that will help. Especially if he has experience, however even if you are both Newbies, it's good to have someone to talk to while you get familiar with the scene. Longer term, there are as many reasons to punt in a group is there are to punt alone.

Personally, I prefer to bar punt with friends. It's more fun! The girls enjoy it to. If you have 2 or 3 buddies you punt with, split the cost of a bottle of wine, then invite the WGs you like to join you at your table. The self esteem this gives them will be paid back to you TEN FOLD later in the bedroom. I promise!

How do I know if a girl is a WG or a civvie?

Talking specifically about the bars mentioned in POST #1 of this thread, they are all well known punting bars. I should add that in many cases, they are NOT punting bars 24/7. However, when the WGs are "in the house". They ARE punting bars, and EVERYONE knows it! Occasionally, only occasionally, a civvie girl or more often a civvie couple will "stumble" into a punting bar. Don't be concerned. It will take the Bro's SO about 1 minute to sense what's going on and she will drag her partner out so fast his head will spin. It's funny to watch actually. The wife / GF always works it out first, the husband is too busy trying to perve on "all these girls with nice tits and short skirts who look horny, Ah. I still got it!". So remove the "stumbled in by mistake people" from the discussion, they will usually quickly leave.

With that in mind, you then need to also deduct the staff from the equation, they are usually only there to sell drinks.

What you are left with then, are Bros like us with various levels of experience either intent on punting, or considering having a punt. Of course there is also the WANKER who thinks that the reason ALL these cute girls are looking at him is because he's so freakin' cool and he could convince any number of these girls to f*ck him for free. Ignore him. The girls do!

What remains are all the girls. Now, there is an exception to every rule, however generally speaking, simply consider the logic. The Bars are known punting bars. The Bros who are there are well known to be there primarily to find a WG who will f*ck them for money. Most of the girls who go there want to be f*cked for money. So. Does this scene sound like it would attracted a civvie who's not on the job but is looking for the man of her dreams?

A somewhat naive way to think. Generally speaking, with only very few exceptions that will be quite obvious to you when see them, all of these girls are available. Most for standard Pay4Play, some in other ways I will cover later in this post (the so called "freebie".

One point I need to add, in a Bar like Hari's at the Holiday Inn, because it is the primary bar of a hotel, you are more likely to have civvies wonder in and stay longer. They will be obvious though, and during the prime punting time (for Hari's that's from 11pm on Friday night) they will be long gone having found the goings on somewhat "offensive".

Things to look for. Look out for in a bar girl.

The golden rule here is this. BLACK FACE IN THE BAR = BLACK FACE IN THE BED! Look for girls who are laughing, friendly, having fun and look like they are happy to there. Sure they might be acting then. So you know they can act later. Look for girls who make eye contact and WANT to have a conversation with you, ask them about their home country, tell them about your's (lie if you want).

Avoid the girls who look down, depressed, who have an obvious chip on their shoulder. I can't stress this enough, even if they warm up a little once you start talking to them, they will cool down again once you leave the bar.

You want eye contact, you wants smiles, and you want a girl who looks like she's having fun.

Get to Know the Bar you're in.

Location, Location. Get to know as much as possible about the bar you're in. Where are ALL the entrances and exits? The toilets? Where is the dance floor? Work out the best place to be so you can see who's coming and going, get to know the bar staff because they can help you get the position you want (if it's not available when you arrive) the can call you as soon as it opens up. They will also help you take advantage of the Happy Hour rules, get to know them well and they will even help get a girl to come sit with you if you ask nicely.

Knowing how the bar operates, understanding the most common way WGs "do a lap" of the area, knowing where the toilets are etc, will help you take advantage of opportunities including giving you first bite of something that really catches your eye.

PRICE GUIDE.

As with any "PRICE GUIDE" there are many variables that can effect the outcome, however this represents a good starting point for punters new to this scene. First consider the variables:

What do you mean by ST and LT? For example, a regular visitor to 141HG's may say that a ST is 45 mins while a long time is a double session of 90 mins to 2 hours. On the other hand, when you pick a girl up at a bar a ST usually means 2. 3 hours while a LT may mean over night.

What day is it? Girls want more on Fridays and Saturdays. They want more when the bar is busy and there are lots of punters. Obviously that also means they will accept less on quiet nights when it's cold outside.

Chemistry. This is the big one. Walk up to a girl and say "how much *****?" or have a "I'm better than you attitude" and your price will go up. Act drunk, aggressive, over bearing and your price will be sky high. Buy the girl a drink, relax, listen to some music, have a dance and treat her like a human being instead of a working girl and you will get a much better deal. Other issues are common sense. If you own a Rolex, be sure to tell her you bought it at the market. They do look at how you are dressed.

Just accept they do not care how "good looking" you are, or you "think" you are. They care about your money. The only issue is that if they can have some fun and friendship while they are taking your money they like it better. They would much prefer a polite and considerate ugly guy than a handsome prick. Of course, if you're good looking as well that's great. But they don't care. They'd much rather you look "successful".

What are you looking for? Fil, Thai, INDO, Vietnam, Local girl?

Best "value" will be Filipina girls. I have had my share but not really my scene. I know lots of Bros who do their nuts over them though so each to his own. At a Wan Chai Bar it is possible you could get HKD600 1, 000 for an over nighter. She will not be drop dead gorgeous though. I've seen some Bros go back to their room with some average looking gals.

I am basing the prices on really good looking girls 8/10 or better. You will need to talk to them and assess whether or not the service will be good yourself.

These are just "typical" rates. You can put the price up by acting like a jerk. You can reduce the price by being polite and also by seeing the same gal 2. 3 nights in a row. If you meet a girl at 9pm Friday night and want LT, you will pay more than if you meet her at 1am on a Monday. You can also get a better price by picking a less beautiful gal. Etc.

I was in HKG at the beginning and end of my 45 day 2011 South East Asia trip. I arrived in HKG on Feb 4, Chinese New Year's weekend, and stayed at the Renaissance Harbor View for free (thank you Marriott points). So out of the chute, I went to Neptune's II and picked up a very sexy Cambodian spinner named Tina. I will post a more detailed report later.

The next day I moved over to the Nikko and I was specifically looking forward to finding a hot Korean or Mongolian pretty at Hari's. Around 10:30pm I walked into Hari's and the place was almost empty. There were three Filipinas sitting together near the band and two Chinese looking girls sitting by tables in the back. The Filipinas did not interest me since they were only of average quality. One of the Chinese looking girls seemed to have potential so I want over to her table to talk. She was friendly enough and I would rate her around a 7* face and body. When she told me she was Mongolian, I was definitely into taking her back to the Nikko. We talked price and she said she wanted 2500hk for LT. I thought that was a tad high, so long story short, I punted. I hailed a taxi and was back in front of Neptune's II in 7 minutes. The place was rocking. I walked around a little, looking for the right girl and then I bumped into Tina again. Sparks flew and I took her back to the Nikko. The Point: Hari's Bar was not happening.

I returned to HKG after an amazing 5 weeks of debauchery and travel. Checked back into the Nikko. It was Saturday March 19. I was really looking forward to going back to Hari's. I figured the slow night in February was due to the Chinese New Year's celebrations. Hell, back then I did not even see FL's on Mody Street. It was around 11pm when I walked into Haris'. The place reminded me more of the Holiday Inn Bar in Grand Rapids, South Dakota than the legendary hotspot I remember so fondly from my 2010 trip. The ratio of men to women was around 4 to 1 unfavorable. But what was worse and unforgiveable IMHO, was the fact that I did not see one really good looking girl in the whole place. In short; it sucked. I left and walked down Mody Street. The FL's were out and encouraging me to pick them up. I walked into Sticky, but was not that impressed with the talent. So once again I jumped into a Taxi and went over to Neptune's II where I found the place going absolutely gangbusters.

So my question is: what happened to Hari's Bar?
