When you go with a street girl you can better control everything from where to stay and having more privacy. Of course a casa is going to be a much safer option with hopefully no rogue Chicas, yet avoiding some of the bullshit the street Chicas can pull can be avoided. Lot's of guys go to casa's because it's predictable and safe. Doesn't take a lot of work either, like shooting fish in a barrel. And basically no Spanish speaking skills required.
I haven't mentioned price, and quite frankly it doesn't come into the equation how I look at the difference between the two. It's really not that much in the scheme of things. It's the experience that matters.
So an example to illustrate my point.
Say your at a casa, you make your selection, you get in the room and there's instant chemistry, sparks are flying, and than times up, unless you pay for more.
And your really digging the girl, and she is into you.
So you have to ask yourself, where would you rather be with this girl at that moment?
Love Hotel or a Casa.
Use your imagination on this one.

You can take them back to your hotel or apartment to do your thing, haha.
Casa's service is more or less fixed with time constraint. Not so with street girl once you know them, and it can get to a point that they are no different than FB girls, only cheaper. When I was there last time, there were frequent new arrivals, so you can get fresh talents too. I know there were few that I was either their first customer or the first few customers but I don't pick the prettiest or the popular ones and I pay them well too, relatively speaking. I don't think many of them take as many customers as posted here. If that was the case, they would have raised the price long before. I have not been there for a while so this may all have changed
I also visited La Isla frequently. I think about convivence and comfort before price and I like to try new places.

I regularly see a couple of them. We go for drinks, meals sometimes, or sometimes they just come round my place after work or on their days off.
I can concede though that there is more easily visible choice on the street than in any one casa. That is an advantage of street action. Maybe the only real advantage. Not one that I (me) am going to pay extra for though. And that's not even considering the numerous potential disadvantages.

The thrill of the hunt. I haven't seen this one mentioned recently. Finding that fresh, new, just 18 beauty who is just starting (although if we're being realistic she probably has 6 years of experience), and being her first foreigner.
The art of the deal. Getting the girl who normally charges more for a low rate, or getting extras for free. Again, if we're being realistic, someone else is getting her for free.
The sleaze factor. This one doesn't get mentioned much, but it's a common motivation. Some mongers seek out the worst of the street areas because they enjoy the rawness. Although I don't partake, this is why I like to walk around El Centro. If I feel the need to wallow in the sleaze factor I'll go to one of the lesser known bars and try to find a girl who appeals to my mood.
There are other assumed benefits, the same as there are benefits to going to Loutron or La Isla, or paying $500 for some girl. But the benefits are only real in the mind of the monger.

I haven't used OM Spa before. My favorite is Zen Spa, up 1 floor, followed by Dan Spa, down 1 floor. The massages have all been excellent, but the extras vary quite a bit and the prices are high.
Since you seem to go through a lot of bikinis, you might check out a_mar_swimwear on Instagram. They're located in Envigado and they deliver.

I'll give you the thrill of the edginess of El Centro, there is smthg to that. Although one could argue you could get some of that from the casas too. Walking around the streets, trying to find the darn places. BUt I guess you can't replace the "thrill" of picking up a chick and inheriting those potential dangers without a safety net. Although I would put that under a disadvantage. Haha.
Negotiating a price for extras, finding a fresh arrival etc. These are things you can do in the casas too.
Ahhh! I thought of one! Fkn a pregnant girl, an underage girl, a glue addict, one of the crazies that runs around shouting at imaginary peoplel. These are things that you probably cannot do in the casas. Although you could maybe ask the mamasan. Hehe. Yep, I guess I got to think out of my own box to see some of the attractions of others.
