Over the years I've traveled extensively to San Diego. Whenever alone I make a side trip to Tijuana. My tour book was authored by Brockton O'Toole. A typical visit for me is walking across, cab, an AB or HK girl, plus a SG, then return to San Diego. I've always been in and out of Mexico in a few hours. Never had a problem.

I'm very comfortable with that routine but I've never even spent the night in Tijuana. This week I'm going to be stranded in the area for 3 days and thought I'd use those days as my first multi day stay in Tijuana. The plan is to leave the car in the USA, stay in one of the hooker hotels (probably Cascadas) , and have as much sex as my body will allow. That leaves a lot of time to kill and I'm looking for suggestions of what else to do in Tijuana. I've heard that the beaches are terrible but the dog track is fun. Eat great food no matter what your budget is.

See a movie at the VIP cinema in plaza Rio.

Brush up on your partner dancing at one of the dollar a dance bars in the zona norte.

Walk through mercado el popo not far from the arches.

Have custom made leather items made for you. Pm me for the one I use 3 gen family owned.

Stop by the tourist booth on revolucion. See whats going on.

Ask about a lucha libre wrestling match in the local civic center. Usually fri or sat.

Take a collectivo taxi to playas and walk the malecon. Not lots out there bu you do see ocean.

Go to the wax museum.

Look at chicano art in the various tattoo shops. If you like Russian mob and yakuzi art you will like these images.

Take a short bus ride to tecate rosarito or ensenada. Tecte would be the most cultural IMHO. Never been though.

Ask around or look in the paper for concert and sporting event information.

Get a normal massage.

Stand in the corner by yourself at night club las pulgas and ply your wares.

Something is always happening on revo.

Gamble at a casino or bet horses.

Lots to do for self motivators and that like to explore. You that live next to Tijuana ar very lucky. I would love to have mexico right next door. It is a fascinating country with so many aspects to it.
