I just found out they do not sell my Tequila 1800 in the duty free shop in the Airport. Does anyone knows if they sell Tequila 1800 in Cartagena? Preferably the half gallon bottle, and how much? Also what is there a online website that I can add minutes to my Comcel Sim Card online so I can put minutes on my phone before I get there so I can be able to call one of my 50 baby mamas to pick me up from the airport?
If your even half a man- and hopefully can speak some Spanish you will be just fine.
CTG is the most touristic and safe spot in all of Colombia!

About ComCel, there are so many shops selling "recargas", also in front of the airport or maybe even inside, that you should not depend on online loading. Also, why to call your girls from the airport? Take a cab (take a coupon from the kiosk right outside the airport door). It's safe and cheap: less than 10k from the airport to El Centro.

If you are new to a place, do things step by step. If you go a bit off track (out of Bocagrande or legitimate places in El Centro, in your case) be prepared to face wolves, especially if you show you are a big spender.
You can walk alone safely all around El Centro at night.

I always have a are SIM card with minutes I buy just in case I don't come back to Colombia for a while, they are only 5k pesos each. EZ top charges at least double I would only put 10 dollars on it then get the rest of my minutes at Olympica once I got there.
