When I last visited in the winter of 2018 there were some VERY attractive dancers in Straps, who I suspect were post-op. If so, kudos to their surgeon. There were also dancers who set off my ladyboy alarm. They were too tall, they had oversize hands, they had low voices, and (the most obvious tell for me) their exaggerated "feminine" mannerisms were far from natural.
Some of the servers were definitely ladyboys, but there was one real women an older sturdier type who looked like she had been serving drunk falang in Nana Plaza for years. I asked her straight up: "What kind bar this? Lady? Or ladyboy?"
"Lady!" she insisted with some vehemence. She then fired up the calculator function on her phone to brief me on the price structure. A session "upstairs" was 3,700. Short time in my room was 4,700 and long time was 6,700.
That price structure seemed designed to encourage sessions "upstairs." Puzzling, I thought. I suspect the pricing aims to avoid the scenario where a customer gets back to his hotel and the ID check proves to be an unpleasant surprise. Perhaps the bar's view is that post-op dancers are, in fact, "ladies" and what the customer doesn't know won't hurt him.
But I was only in there once, and for not very long. So my largely uninformed speculation may be all wrong. As they say on the Interwebs, YMMV, IMHO etc. etc. etc. Besides, the Straps go go is long gone and this analysis is nothing more than an effort to post something here that's not virus related.

Reading from left to right, if you were standing at the top of the first set of stairs from the ground level, is Straps (closed), then Random go-go bar, formerly Rainbow 3.
I can't really confirm or deny anything about Chili's go-go bar to the right of those other two bars and very much tucked in behind the steps leading up to Erotica (closed) and then up to the top floor of the Plaza. You're saying Random took over the space previously occupied by RB 3 and Chili's? I am not sure, Random didn't seem to be all that much bigger on the inside than when it was RB 3. But I bow to anyone else's expertise on that since I did not notice Chili's being opened or not a few nights ago. It had converted to an all LB bar 2-3 years before the shutdown so I'd mostly written it off my list of places to pay attention to long ago.
But I used to pull from Chili's a lot when real females danced there. It was often kind of an unsung little gem for my needs back in its days prior to going all LB.

The back pictures have nothing to do with anything she actually said "pictures in room only". I think the bar girl told the staff I took pictures of her in the gogo or something which is actually against the rules its 100% allowed to take pictures of a girl outside the agogo.

From the info I have, Random is located where Rainbow 3 was, and Chili LB bar is gone. I do not know if the owners of Random bar have enlarged the place by adding the space that was Chili bar or not. Someone on the ground please go there and report back. Rainbow 3 was not a bad Go Go and I occasionally took a girl out of there. It just paled in comparison to RB4. Straps, the mainly post op LB bar is still there.
I once met a girl girl on the balcony in front of Straps and she was so hot that I followed inside despite the inherent risks associated with that bar. I've known some RB4 girls from the time they were eighteen till they dropped off the radar screen in their late twenties. They tend to have crap personalities. They like to up-sell. In general they're a horrible lot and some of them are just true bitches. You can cum in some of them though which is a nice upside. The best body I've ever seen on any girl anywhere was from RB4 - all her numbers went dead after the coup in 2014. The place has always been a hassle with the lady drinks. Buy a beer for yourself and let it sit there and just say no to the lady drinks. Some of the mamas there a dinosaurs of the bar trade who've been around for decades. She had one of the better small spinner type bodies on the stage and a cute/sexy face so I told the mamasan to bring her down for a Ladydrink. She was delighted. Great chemistry in the bar booth.
I offered to take her for LT because most often I prefer LT. She was fine with that, quoted 5,000, I countered with 3,000 and "boom boom no condom." She said Ok. I paid the 1,000 baht (weekend rate?) barfine and off she went to change into her street clothes.

But damned if it didn't completely slip my mind when I got there. It's getting slipperier up there by the year. The thing is I never went to that corner of the Plaza last night, only to the opposite corner for Rainbow 4.

Then Random go-go bar in the old Rainbow 3 location. Then there is an ornate new door set up next to the first step of the second set of stairs where if that is all you see you could conclude that Random did indeed expand into whatever was behind that door, presumably Chili's go-go bar, although there is no longer a sign for it on display.
However, look closer, go up 1-2 of those steps where that ornate door is mounted and you can see behind the new door is a small trashed hallway leading to what used to be Chili's entrance.
So the space that used to be Chili's is still back there and separated from the interior of Random, which has not really expanded its bar area into what was Chili's bar. Not yet anyway. Unless there is an interior passway and they are using it for storage, dressing room, lockers and so on.
