Now a days almost all spas across kmngala and expm nagar will offer extras (very few exceptions). Its all depends on the therapist and how you treat the therapist. Most of the MP's offering 17 k as salary to therapist, with such a low income these girls won't be able to survive. Obviously they have no other option, they will start offering extras at spa.
