My response was based on the premise that you would have seen her on a video call before sharing your hotel room number.
Whoever arrives at your door, if she does not match the girl you spoke with, you can always refuse entry into your room and ask her to leave from outside your door itself.
If a stranger tries to threaten you at your room's doorstep, stay calm, do not fear and tell the stranger to leave. If she or he starts making a nuisance, just call the hotel's front desk or security. Of course you would have informed them in advance that you are expecting a guest and if the hotel is doing its job right, the guest has to prove her / his identity at the reception before she or he may be allowed to reach your room.
