I met Jackson (founder of these forums, if you didn't know) way way back in the day when the WSG was just getting started. All the lazy typing stuff you get on an open forum really bugged him. Think all caps, no caps, excessive line breaks, etc. Guy was spending hours and hours going through posts by hand re-formatting them to correct this stuff in order to make posts more readable. Bit by bit he kludged together some tools to automate the process and it's largely worked; posts are much more readable nowadays, but it has had some quirky side effects. Like in this case adding a "missed" space after a period.

Senior members who are not on moderation can post their reports and immediately make edits to clean up the imperfect auto formatting. That will allow you to fix most of those problems, but even that is imperfect as I've noticed problems with disappearing punctuation marks.

There is so much whingy whiny negative bullshit being said in this forum about Patong that I decided I had to give it a proper look see.

This is my 1st visit to Thailand and I found myself in the Phuket sandbox for a week.
