Thanks for the awesome response, @NewChinaHand. I'd really like to see that map, if you are able to locate it and post a link. Or PM me if it's not for public consumption.
Sorry. I only saw the map and an extract of it that was posted here. I can tell you it showed a lot of places that are no longer present because of development over the years. And it also showed a plenty of stand-alone locations that were not part of a grouping out in places where no way would you stumble across them unless you were intentionally doing a search of each minor road in each neighborhood.
I've gone mongering with locals. 150 is the local price when dealing with a woman in her 20s! That granny you paid 100 for probably services hard up migrant laborers for under 20RMB per go.
Monger meetup? Not that I'm aware of. The shacks I previously mentioned- I drove past there early this morning. Two of them were open for business. It's near a major intersection so should be trouble free to hail a cab when you finish.

Was walking around looking for a veggie massage place (I am looking for the Shanghai version of Changping's Pozolim / Legends Massage).
I have had zero luck and have wasted about 3k RMB so far testing out different massage places looking for Shanghai's Pozolim (I have been told by many people it does not exist.)
So I ask the collective wisdom of those that still read the Shanghai thread to point me in the right direction.
So far I have tried the franchises: Taipan / Dragonfly / Springs. I have also tried many massage places on Dagu Lu and around the Hongqiao / Bund area.
I did end up finding a BBS that had 5. 6 reasonably cute young girls@150rmb a pop (this was during early afternoon, not sure if price changes at night)
On XuJiaHui Lu head east from Madang Lu on the North side, if you reach Zhaozhou Lu you have walked too far. No idea if its lit up in pink at night, but the elderly (mid 40s?) mamasan and her friend were sitting on the street and yelled at me to come have a look. Saw the girls but wanted a massage and not a bbs, so passed but noted the location for the rest of you!

Generic Cialis
Anyone know where to get cheap cialis generics? There used to be a guy here named Ira, but all his posts seem to be gone now.

Basically I am looking for a place where a reasonably cute younger girl (18 to mid twenties) will give me a foot massage. Soak your feet in a tub, they rub your back. Take feet out of tub and they massage feet, and calves, they ask if you want scalp massage, arm massage, etc. They have these places all over south China.
I think the best way to describe it is. Any type of massage that you can get sitting in the family sauna room on those reclining chairs with the TVs that some people sleep at.
I appreciate all the responses, people pointing me to HE massage places and such. Apparently finding those has been TOO easy and finding a reasonably priced (less than 100 rmb an hour) clean foot massage is the difficult task here in Shanghai!

Demolition-site brothels
I've gone mongering with locals. 150 is the local price when dealing with a woman in her 20s! That granny you paid 100 for probably services hard up migrant laborers for under 20RMB per go.
Just had a very surreal experience. Was taking a stroll through a demolition site of old-style tenements; the plot was in complete ruins but some of the structures were still standing and it was obvious a few hold-out tenants continued to reside there. I was just admiring the old architecture and musing on China's progress when I spotted a few well-dressed, made-up women in their late-40s standing around the rubble.
They definitely looked out of place, and as I have a pretty keen 6th sense when it comes to working girls, I suspected they were street walkers (or in this case, rubble walkers). I started to approach one, but she darted off, petrified. So I walked towards another but she turned her back. Weird. So I pretended to just be a lost laowai and said "Ni Hao" in my newbie accent. She replied, so I asked if she lived there. She said yes but with none of the enthusiasm a real local would have when a foreigners tries to make friends.
I thought maybe I had it all wrong, so I started to walk away, but then I saw the other lady leading a man from the main sidewalk into the heart of the demolition, walking several paces ahead of him, which just screamed "trick!" At this point I was determined to find out the truth, so I went back to the first lady and asked her "what's up" (in Chinese of course). She shook her head in the negative and looked away, but I asked "how much" and she said "no" so I asked "why not?" Finally she relented and said simply "2". I laughed and said "impossible" but she held her ground. I said "one hundred" but she said no again.
She walked away, and I thought it was all over, but she suddenly turned around and told me to follow her. She lead me to a small one-room shack surrounded by destruction and filth. She continued to ask for 2 but I held out for 1. She inspected my manhood first, then asked to see the money. She actually scrutinized the bill for about 1 minute; apparently customers were paying with counterfeit bills. Finally she stripped off her pants and panties and lied down in her bed. She refused to smile or even pretend to enjoy it. She was fairly attractive for a 40-something, and her body was petite, and her vagina naturally hairless, which was nice.
After finishing, she continued to ask for 2. I highly doubt that the local men were paying anything higher than 50, but I suspect this women used to service westerners back when she was younger, which is why she continued to demand such a high price rather than be grateful I was paying 50 higher than Chinese men would. Anyhow, it was my first "demolition-site lay", so the sheer novelty of the experience was worth 100 for me. And despite her lousy attitude, she was not unattractive or unclean, so I'll probably be going back there from time to time.

If you come to the Pudong side, a couple of places for your Veggie massage. Dongchang Lu and PuCheng Lu, down from the corner on the right side (don't know the name, but not the Causeway Bay club a few doors down). PuCheng Lu and Weifang Lu, Bamboo 7. Also on Shangcheng Lu near PuCheng Lu, there are a few next to the polic station. Tang Dynasty, Massage club, etc. All straight up places. They are similar to, but not exactly like the south China places. Seems the Guangdong-ese like their foot rubs.

Veggie massage
Go to any Congen or Kang Dao Massage. Ask for the 5 star menu versus 7 star and a 1 hour foot or body massage is about $88 rmb. The girls are young and they give a great legit massage.
24 Hour Layover in Shanghai Feb 20-21.
Looking for help with a good outcall service (JW Marriott Hotel) and.
Sauna with Nuru and / or Red Rope FS.
Please no street addresses here on Forum just names and general location.
Thanks.
"Gringo" Jim
There used to be plenty of massage ads in the back of Shanghai Daily but doesn't seem to be there anymore. But if you are staying at 5 star hotels chances are if you go outside in the evenings for a casual stroll you will be approached and handed cards for in-room massage. Thought I share something with boob lovers out there with a recent find. If you love huge knockers there is a girl MingMing in here unforgettableshanghai.blog.com with a terrific set. Enjoy.

SH
There are several such establihments in Weifang Lu, between Laoshan Lu am Pudong Nan Lu, South side! Also one on Pudian Lu, near the flower market entrance. (Number 237 I believe) For 100 rmb, they'll include a full pedicure, and hard skin removal!

I really like to use Chinese groupon sites to get foot and full body massages that do not involve sex activities at all and 75% of the times the girls are younger than 25yo.

If you mean just an almost destroyed room with several reclining chairs where you can get a foot massage (exactly the way you said) in front of everyone then you should go to changping lu (between jiangning and changhua). Some places have young massage girls and cost is around 25rmb and they also have extra legit services.

Try golden resort (north east corner of shanxi bei lu, wuding lu) or another one in the north east of yanping lu with xinzha lu (this one cost 78 or so). As far as I know they are 100% legit and last 2-3 times I got a very young girl.
Do not try anything in Dagu lu or the French concession. Overprice massages for careless laowais.
I hope it helps.

Qq girls
Long time ago I saw some info in the forum about the QQ girls and got interested. Finally after some trial / error I have some info I can share:
Tools:
- QQ international (chat software in english)
- Google translate.
- basic knowledge of writing in Chinese with a computer (and very little reading)
- able to have basic spoken communication in Chinese (otherwise forget about it)
Pro:
- there is many Chinese sites where the girls put their ads / pic / qq / price / service.
- like in this forum, Chinese users provide feedback so you can read detect fake pics or look only for verified ones.
- girls are all around the city and most of the times you can filter by area.
- they work at home which I think it is a lot safer.
- prices for FS are from 200 (far away) to 400 (centric places) but the standard use to be 300 (1pop). Around 800 per night (unlimited pops)
- uniforms or special dress requests available.
Con:
- some pics are fake (10% rate in my case)
- girls do not provide the full address till you arrive to the cross. Then you have to call them and it could become complicated. (best via sms / chat).
- usually no massage.
- sometimes you have to wait a little because they are busy (happened twice to me).
- many do not accept laowai so better you ask them first.
Procedure:
- to find QQ girl sites the easiest way is to have one qq girl number, search in google and probably you will find 3 or 4 places where the girl put her ad.
- look for the MM show or a verified thread or something like that. This way you will reduce the chances of fake pics.
- add the QQ contact to your QQ and start asking the basic things:
Zhaopianzhendema? Photos real?. She will give you a link and a password to see more (usually their qq space, something like qqnumber and qzone)
Dizhi?. Address.
Fuwu?. Service.
Jiage?. Price.
If you like what you got then ask her if she mind you being laowai (woshilaowai, youwentima?). Many will say buxing! (no way!)
(girls copy paste their answers to this questions since they are asked dozens of times a day.)
If no problem, the girl will give you her phone number and ask you to give her a call when you arrive. Then she will give you the building number, floor and room.
Not sure if its allowed to put a QQ number here but anyway, here you have 2 pics (not mine, sent by her via qq) with one of the best I have met some time ago (her QQ account has been closed but probably she opened a new one). Damage 400. All the regular services from a sauna (BBBJ, FS and water games). Nice girl but made me wait for almost 20min and I really thought it was a fake one even after a Chinese friend from a forum confirmed me she was real (she shared apartment for business, but lives in other floor of the same building, around ningxialu I remember)
Cya.

Always interesting to try a new place with a coupon.
Also, I have no intention of going to an almost destroyed room with a bunch of random people in it. Private rooms being available with 2 chairs. 4-5 chairs etc so you can go with friends would be ideal. I will take a look around at the places you mentioned.
My ulterior motive for this massage place is to meet working class Chinese girls that can also teach me Chinese and take them out to dinner and such. Already sick of the "I am shanghainese so I am better than everyone" attitude. So working class girls and imports for me!
