Vancouver, Canada to Veradero on route to Havana
I think "the points guy" is all wet in that article. He is lumping all travel into the people-to-people category. He is correct about that category, but there are eleven other categories which are hardly affected other than the list of prohibited hotels, restaurants, etc.
During the next six months, there may be more scrutiny of returning visitors. The new policy requires the Secretary of the Treasury to regularly audit travel to Cuba to make sure travelers are complying with regulations and aren't traveling to Cuba for tourism. Treasury's inspector general is required to provide a report to the president on how audit requirements are being implemented within 180 days of the new regulations going into effect. After that, an annual report is required.
Hey guys, does this new USA rules mean more choices for Canadian guys? Been reading a lot of valuable info on here last few weeks. Appreciate all. Been a long time since I took a trip surrounded by young beauties. Namely Germany but mostly Kyiv, Ukraine. Last 2 years travelled 5 x to Cuba for are / are at all inclusive but getting the urge to adventure, and explore Havana as I only visited in day tour previously. Now solo plan is fly into Varadero, bus to Havana, Airbnb for week, and hit the streets and bars hoping the cops are passive those days and bump into some local young beauties. AIRBNB question? Never done this type accommodation and was wondering if its best to try to get a casa for myself for more privacy and best location to busy action streets and bars? Realize the cost increase as see so many on website its amazing! Can you get privacy in a different type of AIRBNB accommodation? Not sure what is best but will contact owner to make sure "A OK" with female guests. Some DD on it but still reluctant to book until I know more info. Any feedback mucho appreciated. Gracias.
First trip in several years
I'm planning to make my first trip to Havana in several years. I understand I can book a private room in central Havana through Airbnb. Last time I had a private driver that I paid $25 a day for about 8 hours. It's probably more expensive now. Can anyone contact me privately and give me some specific suggestions as to private accommodations that are friendly and flexible and liberal? And also names of private drivers who would be able to drive me around and are helpful and trustworthy? I found it was the best to stay in central Havana where you could find girls easily and locally. If you stayed in the more upscale neighborhoods you had a lot of Transportation back and forth to go to where the girls were and then back home and then back to take them home and so forth. Anyway any suggestions that people have or if you can refer me to specific parts of this thread where things are discussed would be very very appreciated.
Uncle V Slaying These Cubana Nenas!
Thanks man. I am sure I left a lot of details out so I am ready to answer any questions.
Bottom line, if you like black, mulatta and latin chicas, and especially if you speak some Spanish, Cuba is a great option.
Great report V! It seems that you had a lot of success in your trip and had fun. LOL! It's funny that you saw my 2 "snow bunnies". One of the chicas that I still talk to has mentioned Mangos to me so I definitely need to check it out in January.
