Too bad about your retirement. A bit of a shock but all of life’s chapters must end and start somewhere. I hope your next one will be as exciting as you demonstrated in this one. Travelling in emirates express is very cheap. Comes to 15 Dhs only.
You can get the dubai transport taxi from Al Ghubaibah station for 50 Dhs which is a shared taxi service. From AD, they are not allowed to pick passengers, unless there is a direct booking. So keeping drivers mob no will be an advantage.

I will be visiting Dubai this Friday and will be there for about 6-7 days. I have heard of Knaif road as good spot. However I am not sure if it is safe? I also wanted to know what should be the budget that I should look for and what type of girls can we get there? Is it legal? I mean is prostitution legal in Dubai?

On to your next question by Knaif road I assume you mean Naif Road in Deria. It’s a extremely busy down town street and apart from the risk of getting run over it is safer than most comparable streets in the west for those going about their lawful business. But I am assuming you mean are there streetwalkers and is it safe to pick them up.
I am not sure about Naif road but I have certainly seen streetwalkers on various streets in Deira, for example backstreets either side of Rigga Road. Most of them seem to be the less attractive girls who would be less likely to be sure of a ROI on club entry. Is it safe? - certainly it's riskier than going to a club as any negotiations will be in public and will probably attract a crown of lookie lous. Police sweeps do pass through and arrest girls, I have not seen any reports of clients being arrested, that is not to say it does not happen.

Well having read the advice from BC I am inclined to agree, Naif Road would probably be one of the last places we would be looking, but we regulars at ISG are always in search of new info, just as the newbies are too.
My suggestion is ''Why not give it a try'' you dont have a lot to lose by the sound of it - Just let us know how it goes.
One word of advice though, dont be foolhardy (har har Boom Boom) and beware of one-eyed guys asking you to kiss them, otherwise enjoy and inform accordingly.

I have also heard that there are booty apartments at Naif road where you pay AED 10 for entry and then choose a booty and negotiate rate. Is it true? Picking from road will be quiet embarassing as locals would think me of another sex jerk. Have you heard of any such location? I am avoiding clubs because I don't drink and currently also have a limited budget. Booty Apartments will be much better because it saves you from embarassment.

Nothing dramatic - just extremely busy with new ventures, and not much new to contribute any more - all same-same. I spend way too much time at the laptop as it is - will use the time to get out a bit more.
