There's still no law, so please quit asking about it.
It would be interesting if someone would post a link to the actual text of the proposal / draft of the new law. I have googled around but only found comments and no references to the text itself.
Okay, you want the text of the Referentenentwurf, (How's 'abstractor's layout' as a translation?) here you go: http://www.voice4sexworkers.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/Prostituiertenschutzgesetz-Referentenentwurf-BMFSFJ-November-2015.pdf.
Thanks SwingerLover,
I appreciate that you also explain why you say something about the proposal, not just that everything's going to be fine or so.
No. I'm getting very, very tired of posting he same stuff over and over and over again and again and again in various threads on ISG for over a year now. Tell me, what's the point on commenting on something that is still not even a draft law and still subject to change?
Just recently another guy asked about the same Bullshit in the Frankfurt forum. Always the same stupid questions, so here's once more my same reply:
There is no law yet and if it should get passed at all, then it will become effective no earlier than 6 months after publication!
And as an add-on: For places that are properly registered already, everything will indeed "be fine or so", because they can claim right of continuance for their existing businesses. (That is of course if the don't fold their tents voluntarily.) Spermagames for one already announced at last Tuesday's party that they will continue as before BECAUSE of their right of continuance. The hostess already stated this, because they too get asked the same stupid questions about a "law" that still doesn't exist.
