Very similar here, and I sometimes feign shyness which adds a very nice element to the mood. Thais in particular like to be in control, and I prefer to let them think this. In 10+ years of visiting AMPS here, I reckon I get more bang for my buck.
Molluscum contagiosum is a very common STD that you can easily subscribe from an AMP.
Condom can do nothing to prevent it to some extend. I got this from somewhere (believe its from the Oud Metha AMP) few years back.
One blister popped up above the shaft below the lower belly first. Tried to manage it with all possible ways from internet searches. First one slowly disappeared and another two popped up around it.
Finally went to an STD clinic and got them burned. Again the same time next year it reappeared (I was told that it is common to recur during the same time after one or two years). But this time when the first one appeared, I went to the same clinic and burned it with liquid nitrogen.
Conclusion is that Molluscum contagiosum is very difficult to manage. Best and permanent solution is only to get it burned before spreading.

After you get molluscum there is not straight forward way to remove it.
They say don't pop the heads but after a cousin in the merchant navy got it I suggested the following:
I told him to take a hot shower because the head of the pimple will come up, then pop it not by scratching but by pressing. A small hard white head should pop out, take with a cotton bud and dispose. Squeeze most of the blood out as well and immediately wash area with betadine. (Just like popping a pimple).
Repeat over the days. Till you get everything.
Use a tea tree ointment and change your towels every day. Also use a hydrogen peroxide wash.
Be persistent and it will all go away.
The new ones coming up pop them.
Also if you are convinced you got it don't shave for a period, avoid sexual activity and them trim the area and pop everything. Don't shave as it will spread.
Someone PM'ed about this before and I guess it will help someone out here. The cousin was due to get married in 6 months and it such a huge concern that he found and confided. All the resource google threw didn't help. This works. If the other person on the forum it helped wants to own up and reply go ahead.
After their experiences. Been so bloody careful.

I like the suspense and made a booking for an afternoon 'relaxation' session without requesting for a specific lady. Looking at the pictures on social media of this AMP, you can't go much wrong anyway. I read some comments that this place is a little sub-standard compared to other branches of the chain, but I would say it's still quite nice. The room had its own shower and natural daylight. To admire the beauty of the therapist.

I didn't get diagnosed with herpes, I just suspected that I had it.
I went to an STD clinic and tested negative for herpes and syphilis.
Obviously relieved I got myself to my regular doctor who confirmed I had an infected blister from cycling causing an abscess under my skin.
Small local operation followed by a week of having the wound treated daily and a course of antibiotics means I should be back to normal by the end of this week.
But your concerns about STDs and being aware are valid as is the advice that a condom is very effective but 100%.
There is lots of advice on line, your suggestion of checking the girl out is good, but might be a bit of a passion killer!

I was strolling around JLT to try a little different experience, compared to the AMPS of the famous chain. Remembering some comments on the forum, that usually a neon 'open' sign is a good indicator for extras available, I entered a 'eco-friendly' place there. Since it was in the afternoon, only one Thai lady was on duty. Price for 1 h massage 190.
She was not really a looker, but delivered a really good massage. Maybe a little on the hard side. I really like the underarm rolling part of a massage and she did that quite well. No teasing in any way and the question for a massage 'also there' was dropped quite late.
She was very careful to discuss these matters, because the walls seemed very thin and she was afraid 'to get trouble'.
On offer were HJ for 2 reds, BJ for 3 reds. We settled on a topless BBBJ for 250, but basically she said 'give me how much you want'. The BBBJ was nothing to write home about – quite short and only sucking the tip. The HJ was quite mechanical and more of a milking session. She gives a stellar massage and her extras are at least delivered with some enthusiasm, but like you said. They seem fear stricken at giving them, always worried about the door. I've even managed to get a somewhat cheeky and rushed FS experience there by bringing in my own hat after seeing her a good 10+ times, but it felt like I was banging the neighbors wife in a garage with her husband in the next room.
