Parking lot across the street from UETA is on a day system and not 24 hours. One dollar lower than UETA lot.
Any other helpful parking suggestions?

Last time I was there I looked at one of the Jacuzzi rooms, this one was facing Revolution, which is near Las Pulgas nightclub, and can be quite noisy.
If you book one of the Suite Empresarial rooms, they are in the center of the hotel, no windows to the outside, but really nice rooms for the money.
Also, if you reserve online, bring a copy of the transaction with you. Once they tried to charge me the regular price, instead of the online price.

Tomjackin that was a great report. I suggest dating a hispanic girl here in the US to help you with your Spanish, you will get to learn what you need quickly. If you figure all of the words ending with.tion are the same in english as in spanish focus on those to begin with and throw in the stuff you know around it. That's what I did at first. I know sin is without but I still put no infront of anything. So no ropas is without clothes. I don't know how big your latin community is where you live, but there's probably a latin store somewhere which is a start for meeting girls. You could post something in the latin store to get a girl to teach you spanish. Great way to meet women. I have used that and maid service search as a great way to meet latin women. I still think my spanish is horrible but I can almost have a conversation. In my opinion those translators are horrible, I tried that at first and would type in what I want to say to girls and it just didn't seem like it worked well.
Arrived noon with a Vitamin pill in me. Figured I'd do a couple of things before getting a room of my own, things that wouldn't likely be willing to come to my room. Didn't like the pickings in HK or Adelitas at that point, so eventually wandered up to Art 123 and found Alejandra, who I've seen a few times before (and referred to as "Leandra"). Her usual offer of 10 plus 5 for the room, all holes on the menu. Wouldn't do BBBJ as usual, but would catch. (and spit) Odd, I thought, but hey, she gives reliable service. Says she's Columbian, and claimed 38 today, she's previously (less than 5 years ago) claimed 33, so I assume she's well over 40. Not bad looking for the older ones. $15 + 5 for the room.
Number one goal this time was to snag Elizabeth at HK. Checked the main stage dance list and it looked like she was due in 5-6 dancers, so went for a wander, to get a room and see what was about. Opted to stick with my usual Hotel, Santa Cecilia by the Arch. 230pesos, ensuite, no TV. Hot water was very poor pressure in the shower this time, neglected to report it owing to a lack of common language with the staff there. Bit noisier than usual too, I thought, could just be that the Zona is getting livelier, more clubs opening it seems. OK once it got past 1am.
Next I was persuaded by Lucia (Lucy) , one of the giggly, grabby schoolgirl clad ones down the bottom of Constitucion. Had always assumed service wouldn't be up to much with them, but she was fine, just limited menu. Pretty and very bubbly, I think I'd recommend for those that go for the young pretty girls. Also, failed to take the hint of bright red streaks in the hair indicating red flags elsewhere. Still, I guess I don't care if she's going to leave blood all over the condom. I remarked it was a good day for her to be wearing red underwear (as she was, unlined) , which she found amusing. I didn't actually get there, as I rarely do without special treatment, but didn't mind, better to cut and run and save up for a more deserving cause. $20+ 5 for room.
After a bit of a hunt for food, returned to HK to see someone somewhat resembling Elizabeth dismounting the main stage. Very disappointed to miss that, and worse, she went straight to sit with some other guy. Confirmed it was her (3rd hair colour I've seen her with) with a server, then figured I'd best try something else in the meanwhile. I was trying not to drink too much before though.
Diana was standing outside the hotel on the alley the far side of HK. She grabbed me as I wandered by, and I realised eventually that I had seen her before (twice actually) , and that she does look after you pretty well. She was promising BBBJ, so told her I'd just check something and come back in 5 mins. Popped into HK, primary target still engaged, so went back. While we were in the booth, no fewer than 5 guys came by with crappy little digital cameras offering to photograph us. What do they do? Get an email address off you and promise to send it? Or just have someone print it out the back? Can't believe they genuinely make any money on this, and it really increases the nuisance level. Suggest we all leave them feedback through their website saying so.
Got to the room, and it was all I expected and hoped for, I didn't give a disappointing performance either, pretty sure she didn't get there, but she has so much energy as a previous poster commented (January or so) CBJ with voluntary BLS. 69, her on top, doggy, finished missionary. I might be able to get there later in the year so I'll try to remember if no-one else does. Cost me $16 for the room, $7 for a drink, $60 + 5 tip, $1 for the robe, perfectly happy with the outcome, just not the level of room charge.
Went and tried to snooze a little as I'd started very early from a friend's in Riverside county. Then started canvassing the street girls for one with a reasonable backdoor pass. I'd just passed by the new.ish club on the corner of the alley opposite the police stn, going up the hill, and been assured by the (probably owner) that he'd find me a nice girl, a skinny girl. Sat in Adelitas bar for a while mostly just kinda recharging, bought a drink for one girl who was enthusiastically groping me under the covers, so to speak. Just didn't feel it for her, and Angela was around who's pretty good, I'd have gone if I could get her for $60 inc BBBJ. Then I tried Chicago Club, which actually had things going on for the first time in my memory. Mariella came to sit with me, I bought her a drink and about agreed to go to the room, then thought better of it in light of better chances of getting there in Adelitas or Anna who I'd seen in the alley a while ago.
Anna is a skinny girl, towards police stn end of the Alley, but I did her last time and I know she gives up her backdoor. Since she recognised me, she was willing to come to my hotel this time. Should have better discussed services, so ended up overpaying for the CBJ, cowgirl and then doggy anal. She must be quite well used, she slid me in no trouble at all. This late in the day I still wasn't getting there, and after a modest attempt at HJ finished I threw in the towel, paid her $30 plus 200pesos (sure pre-negotiating would have saved me at least 100pesos). She's a decent bet though, slim and pretty, stands on the alley, Constitucion end (where one side is old and nasty and the other young and thin).
Next morning I was up pretty early, I've neglected to mention there aren't any curtains at Santa Cecilia (small windows, high up only). The morning shift around the block just isn't the A-list, although there were some of the cute giggly schoolgirls out and some reasonable lookers in the alley, nothing too promising of getting me there though. Lupita was an older one who started by offering me 10 for basically everything, inc BBBJ, standing at Art 123 and Constitucion. She said pay me afterwards, I give good service. I only had $20s, so figured I'd make her work for it, got some great BLS and kinda rimming, then she offered up her ass bareback. Not sure I should have, but there we go, got me there. I got digits if anyone wants them, said she'd like some American friends. Linea, Friday at 10:30 was pretty rapid, car was still there in the lot of the motel on San Ysidro blvd, just beyond the road bridge across I5. Very convenient for the new footbridge, it offers up to 24 hours for $6, Jack in the Box only goes up to 8 hours for $5, I used up something like 23h20. Lot seems to have quite a number of vehicles that have been there for a rather protracted period, with chains on the wheels that presumably substitute for clamps, so I guess it doesn't seem that any leave 'accidentally'.
I usually get bored by step by step trip reports. However both tom jackin and curry monster's reports provide an entertaining read as to what mongering is like in the zona. I know tom jackin is a regular and gets all the perks that go with it but curry monster proves that even a " tourist" can do it right.
I wouldn't stay anywhere near the zona for several reasons but after reading what curry monster did I am kicking myself for not being able to sleep in noisy places.

When I stayed overnight NYE, UETA was $8.
The photos in HK are $5 US and they print them out in the back (4x6) and put it in a little HK folder for you.

I was finally able to make a reservation via their website. By default, it only seems to work with Internet Explorer due to some buggy JavaScript, and then only if you accept their bad SSL certificate. I did, however, find out eventually that all that hassle just forwards you to the following VeriSign secured URL to make the actual reservation. I am posting it here so that others won't have to go through the same trouble if they use other browsers:

After quite a few day trips to Tijuana, last week I had the opportunity to spend four consecutive days in the zone. This is a report of my impressions and thoughts a week after that trip. Some of my comments are consistent with traditional views, sometimes they are different. This is all IMHO. Please excuse me for using non-sexguide labels for the prices quoted below.
Hotels – I had planned on spending 5 nights in the zone. After 3 nights in 3 different Tijuana hotels, I spent my last 2 nights in San Ysidro. The Tijuana hotels were either too hot or too noisy for me. Next trip I'll sleep in San Ysidro.
Girls in My Hotel – There were problems getting girls to come to my room, they wanted their personal hotels. The only time I actually had a girl in my room was when I was staying in Cascadas and the girl was right in front of the door. Other times I just paid the $5 to $15 charge for her room and then came back to mine and took a shower.
Trojans in the Trunk – Those good American condoms do absolutely no good if you leave them behind the Jack in the Box. I learned that the hard way.
Pesos and Dollars – Many have suggested converting dollars to pesos because the girls think of 10 pesos as being equal to 1 dollar. The problem is that the other businesses give a better break on dollars. That 1 dollar taco costs 12 pesos. The 5 dollar taxi ride is usually 60 pesos. That 5 dollar room is 60 pesos. I only had one SG who recognized the difference, she said yes to sin ropa for 20 dollars but no to 200 pesos. Other girls seemed to use the 10 to 1 ratio.
Large HK Mesero Tips – A short time ago a monger wrote about giving one mesero a large tip to keep the others away. By accident I gave a mesero a 100 peso tip, thinking at the time it was equivalent to $1, but of course it really is closer to $9. After I realized what I did, I told him that the tip was to keep other meseros away and that he should be the only one to help me. It didn't work. It drew more meseros than I ever had. In the future a big mesero tip from me will be 10 pesos.
Return Taxi – This was a new problem for me. I hired a taxi to take me from the zone to the boarder for the normal $5. He took me to the west side, not the east. I told him I need the other side and he said he wanted another $3 for that. I didn't want trouble so I just gave him the $5 (no tip) and walked across.
Violence – My first encounter with Tijuana street violence was about 11pm on a Saturday. On Constitution near the top of the hill a man pushed a SG to the ground and kept pushing her down, I don't know what else happened. Just as I got there a lone policeman was running up the hill to stop the encounter but the man ran away and the policeman stopped when he got to the girl. I kept walking. There were many police at the bottom of the hill but none at the top.
AB and HK on Saturday Night – Too many men there. I won't be going to those places during a sausagefest.

Street Girls at Night and Day – I was probably out at all hours except about 4:00 am until 10:00 am, at least a few SG were available every time I went out. One SG told me her shift ended at 6:00 am. There are more SG available at night but the average quality is no better. Prices are the same day or night. I enjoy the day better.
SG Price Range – Standard was $20 for BJ and FS but you need to negotiate the BJ while still on the street. Some will include sin ropa, others want more money. Highest asking price was a base of $25 plus $10 for sin ropa plus $5 for the room. Lowest asking price was from a very fat (maybe pregnant) woman who wanted $5 for everything: fuck, suck, kiss everywhere, in the ass for 40 minutes. Not my style. I kept walking.
BG Price Range – Highest asking price was $100 (she was young, pretty, sexy, at HK and settled for 800 pesos). Best performer was a shaving cream girl the day after her show, she asked and received $80; performance was so good I gave her a $20 tip for the 60 minutes session. Lowest asking price was $50 (older at CC and settled for 400 pesos). Others asked $60 and accepted 500 pesos. Prices for comparable girls seem a little lower in an empty afternoon bar than a packed evening bar.
Massage – Got a massage across from HK. Base price was 2 girls for 1 hour for $35. I opted for one girl alone. The full upgrade was negotiated down from $100 to 800 pesos. It was expensive but performance was excellent.
AB, HK, CC – Average CC women were definitely older and lower quality than AB or HK. Everywhere else was worse (IMHO). HK probably averages a little younger and hotter than AB.
Slow Finishing – Twice I couldn't finish with a SG. Each time the SG worked very hard until the knock at the door. No quit from either of them.
Quality of Service and Price of Service – For SG, these two factors seem to be unrelated. Two of my best performers were 200 pesos sin ropa.
Worker Wages – I talked to a guy who worked at one of the taco stands in the zone. He said he got paid 200 pesos for a 12 hour shift and might make $5 in tips. Pretty sad, so I tend to tip for everything I buy.
Street Hawks – I don't know what to call these men. I mean the ones who follow you around and make unsolicited recommendations. Just as I was walking into the massage place, one of these men was telling me to go there. An hour later I came out and he was pushing me for a tip. I had no intentions of giving him anything as his presence was unrelated to me going to that business. He followed me around the whole zone for the next hour, even waited outside of bars when I went inside. I could only shake him by walking all the way through HK and then he would later find and follow me. The next day he found me and asked why I was mad at him. I told him my going to the massage was unrelated to his comments. He still followed and pestered me a bit more. I don't know how to handle these people.
Disappearing Street Girls – One early afternoon there were plenty of options. I went into AB for an hour and when I returned half the girls had disappeared, including all of the school girls. Two hours later everybody seemed to return. Don't know what happened, perhaps a check of health cards.
Health Cards – I had been under the impression that most girls in the bars and the streets had health cards. A cab driver told me that all bar girls have cards and almost none of the street girls have them. I thought I had seen reports of street and bar girls having their cards checked from time to time. Maybe this is related to the disappearing street girls. Can anybody add anything to that?
