There seems to be a lot of prepagos advertising on Twitter. However, when I tried to send a DM to them, I usually get: Your message could not be sent.
This persists even after I followed them and I have also check my Twitter settings.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I am new to using Twitter.

So I have gotten alot of PMs. Let me give a bit more clarity. The only establishment I visited was The Mansion which is a swinger club. It was ok. I had scoped out photoprepahos for some time and sorted out my favorites. I whatsapped maybe 5 girls but only hooked up with 2 (work interferred more than it was supposed to). I only walked around the area and Zona T. I didn't go to Pussy House or other establishments.
The host was ok with girls. During our walk through he encouraged me to have parties and friends over. I gave the girls the address and apartment number. The security guards called up with their name when they arrived and I said yes. I would meet them at the elevator and walk them back to it. The gueards when I was there were women, one was kinda cute.
Also, check with your bank to make sure Colombia isn't on a banned list. My slush account was inaccessible Colombia was banned. I also have t-mobile. Free data and text, 20 cents a minute for calls. Uber would take a second to update and missed a few drivers because of it.
I don't speak spanish but downloaded Google Translate and downloaded english and spanish for off line. I would turn on the speech function and let people talk into to to translate. Chicas and businesses.

I am open to taking a taxi from BOG, but I assume it's rip-off city for tourists like it is in Pattaya & Santo Domingo. But maybe I'll get a fair price as its all regulated with pre-set reasonable prices like I experienced my one visit to San Juan, Puerto Rico??

But Taxi fares are also not that bad if you compare with US and Canada. I also paid around 20 K+ cop from Airport. There was a confusion on one of the Uber guy for pickup point and he cancelled on me. The second guy called me asked me to come up to the departure area. I have to use someone else to talk to him and translate this for me as I don't speak Spanish. Big disadvantage without Spanish skills in Bogota and will provide the details in a report later.

What is a taxi I grab at the airport going to run?[/QUOTE]Importantwhen you get out of the airport is not to answer to anyone offering you a cab (this are individials who will charge you way more than a regular taxi) and walk directly to the taxi station where you queue for the yellow taxis. There is a 6 000 overcharge for airport and a 2 000 overcharge for night or week end, the rest is on the taximeter. Basically, a typical taxi ride from the airport is 30 000. Bogota is not a ripp off city as there are few tourists. As a foreigner they might add 3 000 more for the ride, but nothing exagereted.
