There is a discussion about relative merits of Tokyo and non-Tokyo mongering. Personally, I don't feel like having AM and CB alone makes Tokyo very monger-friendly. Even those get some not so favorable reviews. For the money, it's just not seeming like the paradise it used to appear to be. The reports indicate a lot of so-so sessions lately. If anyone has some better news to share, it'd be good to see. Tankuki

I know that BKK may be cheaper, I have beeen there, and post my experiences in the relevant thread.However, when I visit Tokyo, I am in Tokyo, not elsewhere, and I don't find it very useful to discuss Bangkok...And I personnally enjoy 2 hours of quality encounter with a pretty well educated J girlAnyway, thanks to valuable contributors, I have always found multiple ways to enjoy Tokyo, and the variety that it can offer. To each his own, the world is a vast playground, so you don't have to monger in Tokyo if you don't want.Peace

So, today. Yesterday (it's 3 in the morning as I write this, but I went there around 8pm) I headed over to Yoshiwara over in tokyo. I did some research and decided to head to the soapland called tokubetsushitsu (? [url]http://www.y-tokubetu.net/index. Htm[/url]). Various Japanese forums rave about it. I decided to walk there from the station. For those of you who are going to walk, I think Minowa station (? ) is the closest station to yoshiwara in general. However, I would recommend calling ahead and asking for a car to pick you up because the streets in Japan are confusing. If you do decide to walk, make sure to print out a map to yoshiwara (printed from google maps or something) and be sure to compare it to the map near the station to get your bearings straight. One other quick note before I go into the details of the experience, I speak decent Japanese so communicating was not a problem.I walked into tokubetsushitsu and was first asked if I had a reservation. I said no and they took me into a room. There I was offered a drink, was given a selection of girls, and was asked to pay up front (70, 000 yen for 110 minutes). I chose mika, a girl that looks much prettier in person. She had a nice body, and made great conversation. We got in and we had quite a bit of conversation. She washed me up first, and went straight to mat play. Mat play is an experience that was great. Started off with a body massage, then leads to a BBBJ, then usually cowgirl (with a condom of course). I found the building where the place is located (on the 10th floor of a 1980's red-tiled office building) but from the outside you'd never know it was there. The website says to go to the traffic light (shingo or? ) and call them. I did think about just going to the place, but without calling first, I wouldn't have known which floor to go to. They were not listed on the tenant's list that I could see. There is a tiny sticker on the door saying "Madonna", other than that you wouldn't know what was going on inside. It's the 12-storey reddish coloured office building, 2nd or 3rd building on the left. I'm sure whichever way you want to play it, they would be more accommodating if you go during the daytime like I did, not at 11pm on a Friday night! Would I go back; probably not. Not really worth if for just a HJ I don't think, but a pleasant enough way to kill an hour I guess.

I paid 70,000 yen. Not a typo. The normal price is 60,000 yen, but 10,000 because I was a foreigner. I might have been able to argue it down to 60,000, but I didn't feel like arguing. I know there are cheaper joints out there, but this one is supposed to be a good one. And it was pretty nice.
