You can read about my exploits at Babylon in the Babylon forum / thread / folder, and as you can see, I went with the flow of things, but I did have a bit of a TDL based on website pictures and prior descriptions. But no one on my TDL was at Babylon the slow Wed. Night I vistied and I therefore made the best of the otherwise pleasant situation.

As for lists, I agree with GFEFinder, that lists are useful with limited utility. As I discovered, its best not to stick too much to the list if you find someone that stirs your pot, but at the same time, the lists are useful to us that don't get to FKKland too often (or for the first time in my case) to keep in memory, so that when someone that is on your TDL introduces herself, you don't pass her up based on first (and sometimes mistaken) impression. What a person does with their TDL list is up to them, of course. My only admonition is not to keep a written checkoff list in your locker or worse yet, tucked into your towel or robe, or report to the girls that you are looking for so and so because she had good reports.

I agree with you, and I think we tend to have the same approach to clubbing. As you say in your posts its a learning curve.

But its not really a black or white situtation. Even if you visit frequently I think the reports, as Markthomas says, are helpful. Having some additional information in the back of your mind can help validate your choices when talking to a girl, even if its not the primary basis for your decision.

And if you visit sparesly having a list of some stellar performers, like Michelle at Oase, could be a safety net, making sure you have at least one or two great sessions while learning to navigate the waters of the club.

For some Michelle may not be their cup of java but if the 100% rating is given then guys will give her a go. This ensures that Michelle's good work is rewarded and that her efforts are appreciated. If you read a report then some of the names do stick. Yes, I had a great time in Golden Time regardless that the place was packed to the gills with Ice Bears. I don't really understand why Mambomike got a bit of grief for taking the trouble to name his favourites in 2010. In fact I have been back and forth ever since the discussion began as to say something or not. MM's list seemed to me to be nothing more than a good natured end of year wrap up and he did not seem to be saying that a list is needed for enjoyment or success in a club. If I remember correctly you yourself, Toscana, had a "cheat list" clutched in you hand the first time we met at Samya. I may have even asked to see it.
