There is a natural body hormone that allows you to get an erection. There is some other chemical that counteracts the first one to allow the erection to go down. I beieve that Viagra actually suspresses or delays the second chemical that would have been allowing the erection to subside, so that it stays up for longer than normal and perhaps stays harder than normal.
For guys that have erections O.K. already, they still get benefits from having more erection stamina. For guys whose erections always do your bidding, you don't need Viagra.
For those who would like to be able to fuck lots of partners, or lots of times, or for very long periods, then something taken may well assist.
Cialis effects last for well over 24 hours so has advantages over Viagra.

I have been going to strip clubs all my life in every continents imaginable. I went to Bangkok nana plaza last week. I went through all the clubs. Some clubs are definitely TS and some clubs have girls that are very ordinary. There is one club there called Obsession and they have the best looking girls in the whole place. The manager is definitely TS. Therefore I carefully check all the girls' adam apples, their g strings and their voice. They all look genuinely femaly to me. The girls are 6-10's, mostly 9's. And has been one for many, many years now!!!! It is hard not to pick up on this outside before you would go into the place. To each there own, but there are few more bars in Nana that are 100% katoey and this is one of them.
We each have a story about katoey, but I was in bar a year in Soi Cowboy and the guys sitting next to me, kept telling me how beautiful this new girl friend of 10 minutes was.
