I will suggest going to a doctor and explaining all the symptoms correctly. You may consult a doctor online as well (although its not a replacement for a real life doctor) using app like practo, you can get tests prescribed by doctor online and also get prescription for any medicines required. For tests you may also get online test from 1 MG, dr lal path labs, etc, where they visit your address to take blood and report is delivered online usually same day or next day depending on tests. Usually the cost of tests at these places is much less compared to big hospitals like Apollo etc. Usually a doctor will ask you to test for the following at 4 weeks after exposure:

Hepatitis C Virus (HCV).

Hepatitis b Antigen (HBsAg).

VDRL (RPS), Serum.

HIV 1 & 2 antibodies screening and P24 combo Test.

Complete Blood Count.

Urine Examination, Routine, RE.

Urine Culture.

Please note that this is not a replacement for professional advice. You may get these tests done for your own peace of mind and report the same to a doctor for confirmation. Also note that there is a window period for all tests. You may test 3 to 4 weeks after exposure (in general). Testing before 2 - 3 weeks may give false negative results. Also note, the P24 antigen can be detected on average at 16 days, and in 95% people p24 can be detected between 1 to 8 weeks. Any symptoms like burning while urinating need to be reported to doctor as soon as possible. Burning while urinating is usually just UTI (urinary tract infection) which is cured easily with medicines. Please visit a doctor if you have been recently exposed.

I see that there are a lot of new ones so I wanted to share a scary experience that I had to go through due to my inexperience as a monger.

So long time ago when I had no clue of ISG or any online escort service, I used to get contacts from local friends.

Oil based lubricants are not be with latex condoms.

HIV antibody test, HIV nucleic acid RNA test NAT and HIV antibody. Antigen test.

Sometimes it's weird to ask random person to get you tested for HIV.

Insted you can ask them that you want viral screening test for surgical procedure, they'll test you for HIV 1 & 2 antibody. That'll do the job.

Additionally they will test you for HbSAg and HCV, it's always good to get that tested too.

They will do the tests according to your need. Another way is to go to any diagnostic centre and tell them that you need to undergo a medical test or blood test for employment purpose. They will immediately do it in one day. Other option is for higher studies abroad.

This is more like psychological problem than physiological. You did not mention your age. Are you into too much of self-help mode? There is something coming into your subconscious mind which is preventing erection. Only a good psychiatrist can help you. But stop getting into 'self-help' mode, do some meditation and yoga.

The chances of she coming with a child for ransom is as you rightly said remote. So just get that thought away from your mind. But yes, to be on safer side, just get tested. Get tested every 3 months if you are regular. There is nothing as hiv treatment but today we can manage hiv quite well.

Hiv was first seen in 1990's. Initial antiviral drugs used to cause a lot of side effects. Today a lot of safer drugs are present. The newer hiv patients are living a normal life due to newer drugs.

So, knowing that you have hiv early is very important so that you can start your antiretroviral treatment.

If sometime you discover your parter was positive and you had unprotected sex, there is POST EXPOSURE prophylaxis . These are drugs that prevent you from having hiv. Consult your doctor and have them.

If your brain is too much used to it so you won't feel same situation during the real action. If you jerk off watching porn then you need to completely stop it. [/QUOTE]Well, first of all, I'm sorry to hear about your situation, it must be very difficult for you. I kind of agree with what CactusJack said. What might help is a loving partner who can help you gain your confidence back. I unfortunately don't know how one goes about doing that. You could find a sugar baby who cares about you, but in India they are difficult to find. You could perhaps travel and find someone in a different country but I'm not sure if you have the means and / or the interest to do that. Hopefully you'll get a GF who could help you out.
