sps in hondo has some nice chicas, i can't compare to ctg because my first trip is sunday, for a week. but the girls on the street and locals are easy to approch and fun. on the whole from the pics i've seen on columbia, the chicas in hondo are not as nice, but there are many to be had.

la ceiba's street scene for working girls is virtually dead, but again the locals are easy to approch and willing.

spanish is required, at least a little.

Would you say Pleyboy is any better than LDV in terms of looks and GFE?

O.K. The Pleyboy Club (that's not a misprint, its the way they spell it) is THE tourist "SC" that is on the lips of every cab driver in the city. As soon as you mention that your interest is in women - the taxi drivers will immediately say "Pleyboy Club!" Drivers get a healthy "vig" for referring tourists so they are quick to reccommend it.

It is because of this reason that myself and Fantasy (both experienced travelers) avoided it for the first 3 days of our trip. It doesn't take much experience to know to avoid the Gringo tourist traps at all costs.

One night (for the goof) we decided to check it out, and we were pleasantly surprised. It is a SC, in that it has mirrored walls, a stripper pole and a small stage but that's where the similarities end. Management apparently doesn't require any of the girls to strip or even dance for that matter and they don't. The entire house of available girls totals 23 and they live upstairs and in adjoining rooms. They come downstairs at around 8 pm and just sit around to meet tourists and do some "styling" in hopes of being selected.

The price is 70,000 peso salida and 200,000 for all night. Fantasy and I quickly negotiated that down to 50,000 and 140,000 for all night or based on our exchange rate at the time roughly $73.

The benefit to the Pleyboy Club is that there are a considerable number of very sexy young ladies who (generally speaking) are agreeable, accomodating and open-minded.

To continue to answer your question Travelmen, I think LDV has a great deal of potential for everything! There are also a number of very pretty young ladies here as well and of course there is NO salida and NO set price guidelines.

However, I found my girls at Pleyboy to be VERY GFE. This of course could have something to do with the fact that I was lucky in my selection or it may have something to do with me. (I speak very good Spanish, and I'm not exactly the ugliest guy in the world. ;))

The girls at LDV as I said have great potential and they cost less $. However, if their performance, attitude is sub-par then you have no one to complain to and even though LDV is not a SC, make no mistake about it many of these girls are very much "pros" in their demeanor and in their attitude.

I spend a few days in CTG last week. I didn't know the contestants were in town, but I think they left the day I arrived. I didn't see any sign of them anywhere. Ford, I expect to see more of the poolside fotos.

I'm going to be there for the pageant week in November and I'd like to get a preview of what I'm in for, but I already have high expectations. I've arranged for an apartment next door to the Torre Centauro. Anyone who will be in CTG for the week of the contest and would like to meet for a beer or dinner let me know.

I've seen questions about hotels and I stayed on a hotel only once, on my first visit to Cartagena. It was at the Caribe. Overall, a very comfortable hotel with a nice pool area. Downside, they charged me to bring a girl home. I checked out the next day. Apartments are the only way to go.

September is slow time, and there were very few regular girls to go after, which I prefer. I'm fluent and keep myself in good shape and dress well, so I go for regular girls on vacation before paying, usually with success. Of course I do pay on occasion and am not opposed to the idea. My only action was LDV unfortunately, so nothing great to report from this trip.

Here is a picture of a girl I met on the last trip. You can find her upstairs at Tu Candela. I spent several days with her at no cost other than food and entertainment. I think she was waiting for some money though. I normally would not post her picture since she was not working with me, but she is definitely working now and she pissed me off on this last trip, so here she is.

Ford: Nice girl indeed. Still can't say Honduras is high on my list.

I avoided Pleyboy club for many of the samne reasons as you, but will check it out next time as GFE is like oxygen to me; I'll take a GFE 7 over a bitchy 10 any day. Thanks for sharing. Suerte.

Do the girls look better than LDV?

From what you say it is better all round, just more expensive.
Were there more girls than LDV?
Was it a good chica/male ratio?

I would like to add my comments that the economics alone makes LDV a good choice. The four nights I visited LDV, all the women gave nice experiences while in LDV and afterwards in my room. Just one of them was not GFE but still a good f---, not rushed. The others were VERY GFE. One spent 9 hrs. with me, 3 shots for 125000 P. She didn't want to leave the next morning. I gave her a tip which she deserved.

Why pay salida. You can use that money to buy her a few drinks, flirt, dance, make her feel desirable or just give it to her for some "extras" beyond normal expectations, without overpaying of course. In return, she will treat you well. I can't complain. They were excellent choices in my opinion. At least 30-50+ each night to choose from. YMMV.

I will probably visit CTG again, so my curiosity will get me to Pleyboy just to see what's available.

You are of course, correct. If you "hit" a solid 8 GFE from LDV, then this is a better deal all around. There is NO salida and the price for all night fun is VERY negotiable. (150,000....120,000....100,000.....or even 80,000 maybe, it depends on your negotiating skills)

Yes, the girls in LDV are willing to negotiate prices even though they ask for 150-200000 P as starters. I personally think if you treat them decent and there's some attraction for enjoyment that night, they are willing to come down in price. Realize also the more attractive, "hot" she is, the higher you'll pay.

The club begins to thin out after 2 A.M. So time is an advantage for us.
