There are also dedicated beaches for nudity - also for gays.

On a normal family friendly beach like around Copenhagen a fairly amount of women sunbathe topless. When they go for a swim or take a stroll they usually cover up. Very few both men and women are totally naked. But all in all the attitude is quite relaxed.
