I had already visited the RLD a few times during layovers at Frankfurt airport. Usually I have 4-5 hours in the morning befor flying to the US.

For FKK clubs, your best bet is FKK Palace, which is about 30 minutes away by S and U Bahn. Go to the Bahn.de website and find a routing from the airport (Frankfurt Flug) to Industriehof/Neue Börse.
