AAA had the best selection and prices. It is in a nice house, pleasant bar with couches and a hostess who had the girls come over and introduce themselves one by one. Neon: before 7 pm there were only 4 girls, only one doable, but the price was low (1200 or 1400 for 30 minutes). Went back after 10 pm and there were closer to 15 girls, many attractive, prices went up to 1800 for 30 minutes. Went with tiny spinner who gave standard service, nothing more. In all clubs CBJ and no kissing was standard, could negotiate to pay for these "extras".

Based on this very limited experience, I would go back to Neon first, AAA second.
