Had this experience back in April but I'll still report since I don't think much has changed. In the Linsen and Rd Area near the large hotels where Japanese frequent (eg. Regent, Royal Taipei, others on Linsen and Rd) you can find old ladies or men offering girls. All you have to do is be by yourself (or with other guys) and just walk slowly (half loitering, half walking) around the front and back / side alleys of these hotels late at night (after 11 pm). In my case, I was walking solo rather briskly actually when an old lady approached me at the intersection of Nanjing E Rd and Linsen and Rd. She said something to me in Japanese (which is a clear sign of what they're offering) and I replied "who do you have" in Chinese. She then shows couple of different girls on your iphone and quotes me $4000 nt for the hour. All the girls are guaranteed young she says (18 and 20 were the two girls shown according to her). Next question is which hotel I'm staying in. Told her I can't use my hotel for obvious reasons. No problem she says, for an additional $600 nt, she'll take me to a small local hotel and get a room for me. I accepted and she led me to a smaller hotel in the back alley behind one of these larger hotels. Front desk clearly works together with these people as I was greeted very politely. They told me to wait in the side dining area which was dark and closed. Both girl were brought in and I had my pick. I picked the prettier one. A really thin but also young decent looking girl. She gave me some laughable story about being from southern taiwan, but clearly she was filipina. Whatever. I prefer Taiwanese but girls are girls.

Anyway, went up to the room and had full service. Helped with shower and everything, but only one shot. We cleaned afterwards and went to wait for the elevator. The next part was actually kind of funny in retrospect. As we're waiting for the elevator, the other girl whom I didn't pick also shows up with her client at the elevator. It was rather awkward few minutes on the wait and ride down. There's no mistaking the line of work these girls are in with the way they were dressed. The 2 sq km encompassing the Linsen and Rd area is another hot zone. But again, I must say I favorite the temple on the blue line. I have had pretty decent luck in MP in this area. 2/3 of the time I will get more than HJ for extra tips. There is such a high concentration of MP within 1 sq km after you get off the MRT all within 5 min walking distance.

Here's the thing, the standard is suppose to be. 3 for HJ, . 5 for BJ, and 1 for FS according to local websites, but it seems to fluctuate between ladies. We all finish and they walk out the room without a word. I sit here for a minute until I realize that was it. 20 minutes total. I get up, leave and vow to never go back to LS Temple. What I thought would be a 2000 romp ended up being 3700 for crappy service from tired average looking Chinese girls. As I walked out, the older girl was by the doorway and said thank you. I gave her a "fuck off" glare and went home.
