Hmm, I am afraid that some of the problems you have might be with yourself.
Ok I am a tourist and therefore some idiot in your mind and may not know the history of P4P price levels.
But reading most of the posts and successful and enjoyable reports probably you may need to adjust your price level from some glory days in the past.
A good looking 'cowboy' girl may never go with less then 2000, but settlement from a 3000 quote to a 2500 and then sometimes 2000 is always possible.
Your negotiation style may be a bit impolite as I assume, reading that the girls even refuse to negotiate the price. This never happens to me, however I am also polite in negotiating and fighting too much just throwing numbers around will not increase later performance. There is an intelligent way of negotiating w/o hurting each other.
If you counter her 3000 offer with: '1500 and no baht more or fuck yourself' she will know that you may be one of the troublesome cheep charlies anyhow and isn't interested even if it hurts her income.
The wording of your post says a lot about your attitude towards the Thai Females. And it obviously doesn't pay off. For your 1500 you may occasionally get, a girl, but all she does is trying to escape asap after the deed.
My Soi Cowboy girls I settled with mostly around 2500 and sometimes 2000 have more been begging to stay longer then escape early and some wouldn't have left at all if the next shift wouldn't have come up.
But I am a nice guy and also nice to the girls.
In your opinion I may have paid 1000 too much, but I may have got more in return then the additional 1000 bucks I spent.

A couple of nights ago I saw a girl I liked in Our Place but she was bar fined before I could talk to her. Last night I saw her again and brought her over for a drink. Her name is Joy. We were getting along and she asked if she could get a tequila shot (200 baht) and I said yes. After the shot we talked and it was a good long while (around 15 minutes) before she asked for another. So I bought her another. Shortly after, her cousin came over and I talked to her, too. She had been in Bangkok longer than Joy (1 years versus 3 months) so her English was better and I figured she could help translate at times.
She asked for a drink and they said they were going over to Midnight after 11pm (even though it was already after 11). I said I would buy them both a drink at Midnight. I thought maybe I could get away without a bar fine if they were inbetween bars but that was not to be.
In Midnight I bought them their shots (again 200 baht each) and Joy almost immediately asked if she could "say hello to a friend". That friend was a guy and shortly after talking to him I saw that he bought her a drink. She then sat with him. After about 5 minutes I told the cousin who was still with me that I wasn't happy and if Joy wanted me to bar fine her and take her to my hotel that she had better come back and spend time with me. The cousin then says, oh, to take her out you have to pay a bar fine and it's very expensive, 3000 baht. I told her she
was crazy about 3000 baht and she starts explaining why they have bar fines. I told I would be a bar fine but a reasonably priced one. We went back and forth for awhile and I just gave up and left.
Total damage: 4 lady drinks (800) and 2 drinks for me (240) = 1040 baht or about $34US.
