You need to negotiate meetings. In my case, I keep it at minimum 3 meets a month but can be more if I want to.
At your initial meeting, you need to layout your requirements and ask your potential SB about her requirements. One thing you have to keep in mind that couple of initial meetings you may not get everything. Over the time trust builds and your potential SB will loosen up. For example one of SB told me that CIM is big no and after 6 month, I had asked for it and got it.
