ET, you as well as anyone on here would know to within a week when that video was shot. All you need to do is look at which bars were open. It's possible it was shot in November and it's possible it was shot last week but anyone on the ground would know when it was shot. At least I know I would if I were in Bangkok.

Is it possible for you or others who are on the ground to snap a few photos from a distance on how busy things are. Not asking for close ups of girls rather just to get a general sense how busy it is. I know it's douche to take videos but snapping a photo down Soi Cowboy or along one of the bars sois isn't imo.

My issue wasn't how busy it was. There were enough girls I guess. Just take all the girls who worked at Thermae and Baccara and now spread them all over lower Sukhumvit. My issue is the quality isn't there.

Capt Solo, not sure how experienced you are in Thailand but if you live there long enough you will know a ladyboy when you see one. I err on the side of caution for lb's but don't think I'm wrong in that video that there were a ton of lb's! FYI I classify post-ops as lb's. One of my favorite gogo girls in Pattaya is always mistaken as a lb because she is too good looking and 5'8" without heels. Being tall isn't the determining factor there are a lot of 5'0"-5'2" Thai men too.

My issue is the quality isn't there..[/QUOTE]BB, I did list several giveaways in the video that tell me it was probably shot in early November, right before many more bars opened including in Nana Plaza and therefore many more customers and consequently many more girls started showing up in a previous post but I know you hadn't seen it yet as it takes several hours if not the next day for my posts to appear lately.

I do plan to take some photos of the same general areas covered in that video this weekend. Bear in mind, I don't expect there to be nearly as many girls around during this particular weekend compared to the weeks prior to Christmas since so many girls I know are already in their province to be with their family for New Years.

So I will also try for some photos next weekend as well.

As the steady increase in old bars reopening and new bars opening has evolved, the present and available girls and customers have also spread thinner here and there; when only some Soi 7 bars were open and active but none on Soi 4, the Soi 7 bars were packed. Then Soi 4 bars began to open and people migrated to some of them. Then Nana Plaza, then Soi Cowboy, then more bars opened on all the pertinent sois and little by little more customers and girls were showing up everywhere and even then Soi 7 and the Nana Plaza ground level bars were still packed many nights.

Then we've had these holiday weekends where girls typically stop working. And who knows what new fears about Omicron will do.

BTW, unless I am mistaken about which tall "lady" you were referring to in that video, the tall older looking one seen around the time marker you cited is indeed a genuine female who is rather aggressive about grabbing passers by to sit and have a drink, is very fluent in English and seems get customers to sit with her for a drink quite often.

Since ladyboys don't have the same familial obligations, they are flooding the streets in BKK and Pattaya.

Videos I have seen between BKK and Pattaya show me that BKK has a lot more girls presently working the bar scene than what is in Pattaya.

Pattaya has only just started to open up and the girls are slowly returning from the villages as the mongers on the ground increase.

I think it will be a very slow trickle back for at least another month.
