Internet is a very difficult thing to sensor. If any ISP tries to block certain websites, then there are ways to get through those blocks.

1. You can use any web based anonymous proxies. Check proxify.com, [url]http://www.freeproxy.ca/[/url], [url]http://www.hidemyass.com/[/url], etc. (Just google anonymous proxy or free proxy)You can just go to the website and enter the site you want to visit in the text box. These websites will get the website you want to visit and display. Your ISP can only see that you are visiting the proxy site. Make sure that the proxy sites have https option.

2. Use JAP (Java Anonymous Proxy) [url]http://anon.inf.tu-dresden.de/index_en.html[/url] You can download this application or use Java Webstart where you click on the link and the application automatically gets installed on your machine. Then you set the proxy in your web browser, (in Firefox use menus Edit>Preferences>Network Tab>Settings button) and set Http Proxy as "localhost" and set port as 4001. Then when the JAP is running (it takes a couple of minutes to start) you can serf the web. The browser connects to JAP which sends the request through secure encrypted means to a server in Germany or US or some other country. Then that server calls the site you want to visit. You can use this JAP to avoid your system admin in your office from detecting the sites you visit or any ISP from finding out which sites you visit.

Basically I think anybody trying to censor the web access is bullshit unless they are physically watching what you are doing over your shoulder or have admin rights to your computer.

Note: Some companies may have installed software to record what software the user is installing, using and also record what the user is typing on the keyboard. In that case JAP will not help you.

I found a opensource one. It has 1.5 million entries (domain names and ip's Updated regularly). May be they can block all the anonymous proxies.

Dubai and China has implemented this successfully I guess? Any comments guys?

its being a quite while i was away from the forum due to some other business and i have a couple of nice incidents to report.

Thanks a lot for your comments and helping words, I guess in a way I'm glad that I managed to save the money and time of some. Most probably Id be laying low for a while and when I have enough finances try out some thing of a high quality. It was a minimum lesson I gave to this bullshit silky hands (dirty hands).

I know this network very clearly , you may aware one fellow was advertising continously in the HIT Add and speaking PONCY VOICE when you are calling him. He is the guy now pop up as silky hand.

I got the appointment earlier with this cheater and he gave me a very poor girl who actually came to colombo as a house maid from very remote village.
So, without any option I was compelled to take her with smelly oil bottle for massage.

It was my utter waste experience with the cost of nearly Rs 5000 that day, nothing happened as he promised with his poncy voice.


So, I thought to give him a lesson that day.
