Spent a few weeks in HCMC a few months ago. I stayed on Bui Vien Street and loved it. Yeah, it's full of tourists, but damn sure full of eye candy as well. There are plenty of massage shops all up and down Bui Vien Street as well. Priced for tourists but you can certainly negotiate. Crazy Night club with its open front was the highlight of my stay. It's not a girly / bar fine club at all, just a regular club, but there are plenty of freelancers roaming around there any given evening / night and tons of tourist girls there as well looking for a good time (think Khao Sahn Road in BKK). The cute waitresses seem to be available too. One of them insisted I take her contact info and I did, but never met up with her even though she was obviously willing. Ignore the irritating food hawkers on Bui Vien and instead explore the side roads for better food and better deals. The two side roads closest to NU Hotel offered the best variety and prices in my opinion. There are quite a few go-go clubs and other clubs on Bui Vien St. As well but I only went in those to look around, not partake. Regarding the blowjob venues on NPK Street, those are indeed a fun option but I believe you need to be there early as they all shut down around midnight or so and you need a Grab ride to get there. The girly bars on Pasteur Street are walkable from Bui Vien Street if you're in decent shape, but I never partook. They all reeked of 100% ripoff venues.
