Fot the last few weeks I can only access ISG through a proxy site while I'm in Indonesia.

I'm curious if others are having this problem generally or whether it is just the hotel I'm staying in that is block the site. Whatever, it is a pain in the neck because I also have to keep changing proxy sites because they are getting blocked as well.

(Alexis: a classy establishment- no drunken louts making fools of themselves, no seedy pimps, no pushers, no track marks on arms, no menacing bouncers and the other "atmospherics" you associate with bordellos.

The SOP must have been explained a dozen times here but here goes: Walk into the lobby and head towards the lift which are behind the reception desk. There's a curved corridor leading you there and you need to head right ahead without standing there and let any staff make "best offers". Take the lift to the Spa on the 7th floor; you will be given a numbered wrist band with an RF I'd which lets you open / close the locker with the same number as your wrist band.)

Better to do is open the locker with your wrist band put your clothes in te locker put on the grey shorts on and put on the green alexis bathcoat then put slip your feet in the blue slippers than you walk to the main hall were you can see the bar and front of them are the black sofa's where the lokals sit on the left on the right side the Chinese and far to the left the thai girls. Choose your girls go to the swimming pool do your girlf friend experience than go to the rooms downstairs you can choose normal with only a tv or deluxe suite with jacuzi and big tv and do you job haahahha

You can find it by typing it in Google. It is freeware and has good reviews. It allows you to overcome blockage and gives you some privacy in the form of anonymous surfing, cheers.

But if motobikes are available at JJ, then I may end up finding a room here as well.

As with the other requests, I would like to learn more about proxy sites to get around the censors. Thanks.

To that end I would suggest you don't post details of any useful proxy sites because on the assumption that this forum is being monitored that will only hasten their demise. I suggest passing the information around by PM instead.

I have used Hotspot Shield from AnchorFree in the Middle East; the big banner which appears on top of every page is an eyesore but the program *always* gets you to the sites you want.

BTW, which ISPs are banning ISG etc?

BTW, if you focus on mongering in the northern part: the Kota, Lokasari and Pangeran Jayakarta area. 95% of the action is in-house.

The girls that are reluctant to come to your JJ hotel are from the Blok M area or gather in the five star hotel bars, like CJ, BATS or Tigapuluh. They are more expensive anyway.

Third option is finding a girl in the JJ area itself.

Going to be in Jakarta for one night later this month My question is that I have one night which happens to be a Monday night (I fly out around lunch time the following day) What is a good spot on Monday nights? Are the Blok M bars busy? Is there any place nearer the airport that has some good ayam bars? What is a good hotel to stay? I prefer the bar pick-up scene as opposed to MPs. Any help is appreciated!

You don't have to go looking, just stroll down the road and they'll make you an offer. They'll even shout across the street at you or bang on the side of your taxi to attract your attention. Or try Memories for a (very slightly) more upmarket experience. That's probably the best reliable place, but I'd have to say, the cost-for-value ratio isn't really that good.
