Transgender. Sexual identity change
I would argue they are not female. They had an operation to remove their sexual organs and used these parts to create an artificial opening. Genetically, they remain male no matter how many hormones or surgical procedures they have. If you have ever seen photos of the surgeries, it generally does not look like the real McCoy. However, I will grant you that in the end it does not matter if both parties enjoy themselves.
You are being way way way too narrow in your thinking.
Sexual identity statement is made at birth by a doctor based purely on "physical characterization" that can be seen, not on chromosome testing.
In many such cases genetically aligned women are "named" as males at birth.
Thailand is enlightened enough as a society to allow these to easily change their gender to align physically and mentally.
If they then have excellent gender realignment / correction surgery, which their is plenty of, then they are now female fully, and you will not be able to pick them.
And yes, many others use this approach too, some maybe only mentally female.
As to photos of the surgeries and results post it for the "woman" many you will be totally unable to pick.
And in all ways they are female in function.
Did you know now that the better surgeries can create a pussy that lubricates, and a clitoris that can orgasm?
