I'm actually not sure if this is going to be my first review as I've lurked around here for a few years. Halfway into the session, police came by and knocked on my door with warnings from below via buzzer to alert their presence. Yes I had gone there almost a year ago. I think it's the same place. On the north side of the street. Newer building than Minquan Blue and nicer facility. I went there only a few times, but it's similar to #88 Minquan, which is across the street from Blue. Higher quality massage than Minquan Blue, but the emphasis is more on the actual massage. Extras are at discretion of who you get an seemingly not a matter of policy of the place so might be none. And extras are likely limited to hand and not more is my guess. But I got a good massage at a good price. Didn't engage with the extras there but was happy with the massage each time.
