Your lady friend from the Philippines would need to show money in a bank account, return ticket, itinerary and may possibly need a medical certificate before she can get a tourist visa. They make it very hard for people from developing countries to get in. Good luck. Does she have a passport already? If not, its a major ordeal for Filipinos to get a passport. They need to go back to their home province and get a police clearance first.

But this is our 5th visa. The first visa was a single entry, with a limit of 1 month I think.

They seem now to be comfortable with granting her a longer visa, because we have demonstrated that she doesn't overstay.
