People with higher IQ may be interested in an overall profile, not just a simple list of prices, especially if they travel there for a choice for fun, for mongering, for tourism and not just for business.

Not all of us travel just to monger some of us would like to take in the local sights and culture and remember the forum is still a democracy!

Disclaimer- I do not know Eastgoing so I am not taking sides just expressing my opinion.

Thanks for the info. I am planning on heading there in the next few weeks. Based on this I might extend my Germany trip and reduce my Prague trip. Don't listen to the other guys, for guys like me who are planning on heading there, this is gold info.

Thanks for your support and appreciation, I'm well aware and sure that anybody but a Prague inhabitant, like probably Xtophe is (since he posts only in Czech threads, and is very kind, respectful, hospitable and tolerant as all locals) will be interested in what any person's impressions are, not just mine. I have the freedom and right to post, like anyone else, and I'm going to do it regardless of comments and in respect of polite opposite opinions, after all I write about what happened to ME, I don't exclude other people can have better luck or different needs and opinions.

A couple of additional things I would like to mention and that have been discussed also in other Czech threads by other fellas, in the past or more recently.
Vitamin V: to those interested, like ConquerorVal, I noticed in big showpark they sell some kind of pills, didn't bother to check or ask details, but I reckon reasonable to assume they must be for "that" purpose, I don't think they are for stomachache.

ATM in airport: AVOID at all costs! A withdrawal of 5500 CC has been charged 233euros! Against a real value of about 209! I'm having daily emails and phone calls with my bank for that, it seems that nothing can be done.
Use of credit cards: luckily in this case you can contest the expenses, somehow, it must be an insurance cover, I was told I'll get my money back. Among other things, if you get something paying by credit card and then bring it back, the refund you get looks correct, for instance: Sale 7000 CC, Refund 7000 CC. It's NOT: they'll SELL you crowns to a surcharged price for you to buy the thing, and if you bring it back they'll BUY your crowns to a lower price, pratically you go through 2 exchange rates operations, both times losing out of that, at least with Visa, I got some 3,5-4% losses both ways. With Mastercard maximum commission allowed is 0, 58% (minimum 0, 29% but I'm sure they take max), so it might be better to use this one.

Skillgannon, it's always better to see by your own eyes, I was aware of possible "difficulties", but I wanted to try by myself. I did it, without remorse, and peacefully publicly declared I'll very likely won't return to Prague, but I had to decide by myself, not just by reading a forum. Prague is a nice city to visit, but nothing special, you can find plenty of cities as beautiful or more interesting, anyway in a couple of days you will have seen more than enough from a touristic point of view. I don't want responsibility for you to change your stays, but I'd tell you to extend to maximum Germany's stay and shrink to minimum Prague's, you don't want to travel there, pay transport, accommodation and various trip related expenses, just to get a much worse service, much less options available and over surcharged if given, not better girls (in quantity and quality) and higher prices than you were having the previous day in Paradise-Germany! Even if 10-euro days are long gone, you can't pay certain amounts for certain (dis) services in a EE country! How much should Berlin's Artemis Czech star Nina charge if she went back home? 300 euros for 20 mins? And how much for extras? Well, in Berlin, slightly more important and more expensive city than Prague, with 60 euros I can have her for 30mins BBBJ included. Xtophe, take a train and try!

I am reporting back to give a positive spin on my miserable first night's experience in Prague.

I took the tour from hot night tours. It worked out well. My tour guide was an American transplant who has lived in Prague for several years.

In my case it will be shorter meeting. 2500 € budget for 4 nights I can't even think about it.

Having visited both cities recently (see my posts) I agree Berlin has better value and far better choices for mongering than Prague.
