1) Cool - last I checked as of about 2 months ago, Cool is not foreigner-friendly, so don't waste your time. It is open if you want to give it a try anyway. If you were able to find Cool, then you should be able to find Belle. If you walk to Cool from the Prudential building, then keep walking in that same direction past Cool. Keep looking across the street while you walk and pretty soon, you will see an Orange sign showing "Belle". It is not on the sidewalk but is visible from the sidewalk. Cool and Belle are very close to each other. Belle is foreigner friendly, but not really worth it in my opinion.

2) Sorry, don't know Ace anma.

3) Usually Anma's are open from late morning to early morning (4am ish). Depends. But I think "S" Anma might be closed. Not sure. Could be b/c of the snow.

4) Miari was probably closed b/c of the weather. RLD's in korea are generally dying out, but I'm pretty sure Miari is still open. Probably only closed that day b/c of the snow.

Take your word about the SP; is Su-jin gone? The biggest problem with ABC is Mamasan, she's an utter troll and even more dishonest and unscrupulous. I think the only way she manages to stay in business is by occasionally luring some really innocent and attractive new SP to work there until she figures out that she can do better elsewhwere.

I've been really busy at work lately so no time to post, but I wanted to warn you guys about a girl to avoid at Apple. Her name stars with a Y, I thinks it's Yumi or something like that.
