Are the red spots on your body present constantly or keeps on going and coming back? I am having a situation for last 6 months were red marks keeps on appearing at different parts of my body at different times. Like on my arms, chest, shoulder. I told my doc friend about this. I was suspecting something bad. He told me it's some kind of allergic reaction and prescribed me allegra 180. When I take this med I am good. The moment I stop taking med the red spots starts coming back. But the spots are not permanent. The spots vanishes after 20-30 minutes of its own. I also did some rounds of blood test. All my reports are good.

All my reports are good.[/QUOTE]In the past I had treated a patient with very similar symptoms where I had put her on a anti histamines and when the dosage was tapered rashes appeared randomly. Later did we realise and mostly effort from patient side that she was allergic to tictac mints. Was a very difficult task to eliminate by selective elimination. So there might be a answer to your problem in finding out if you are allergic to any stuff. Spa hygiene can be a trigger for many such causes too.
