On the way back went to one of wanchai bars. One pretty girl attached herself to me and we sat at a table. As usual when the waitress came I ordered two drinks. After the drinks arrived she asked for $240 HKD. I had no choice but to pay. After that I asked the bartender about drink prices. She was nice and explained the set up. Since then I never buy a ladydrink there.

This is a comment for the gentleman who felt he got ripped off by the group of Filipinas who flipped off and left him with no satisfaction. I have discovered that many domestic helpers go to these bars to dance, get ladydrink money and that's it. Even many of the older ones aren't in the game. Best to establish your motive. Looking for a lay, say. First. They'll probably move on if they're not WGs. Now if they lead you on, soak up your drinks and split, you have a definite gripe. It is conceivable that you could complain to the bar and have them cut out the girl's (or girls') commission; not sure how that would work out, but at a place like Nep II, a hardcore hooker hangout (plus those DH's out for fun, OK) , it is hardly in their interest to have customers getting fleeced by the girls. A question about short term hotels (1-2 hour). Anyone know of a directory or listing?

Having RTFF there are a few on Lockhart Road towards Causeway Bay from the bar area (Ming Court, Beverly, Victoria) , and I presume any of the small guest houses from TST to Mongkok would be possible, or perhaps the rooms that outfits such as K-Pressure / 37 Dundas use (I. E. Upstairs from those places).

Am wondering about other areas though, for example Wong Tai Sin and Diamond Hill. I have a DH freebie who can escape her employer during the week for a couple of hours but we cannot go too far in case she gets called back (I guess the 'gone to the supermarket' ticket is only valid for two hours).

Here's the question: why are some girls reluctant to allow CIM even if the ads for the places on M*1*8 dot com say they do it?
