The one I like is called Wood Bar (I think) off Soi 7/1. 700 baht, good privacy, decent selection of ladies, and very clean (sink in each room, clean towels).

There are hardly any western tourists in normal times, probably less now. $88 usd is the round trip from BKK. The other alternative is a one way ticket to Sukhothai, see the temples / ruins and then a bus to Phitsanulok. Then head north on the train to Chiangmai. Phitsanulok has some great food around the train station. The train from Phitsanulok to Chiangmai is interesting and scenic. I find the train from Phitsanulok to Bangkok grueling and sort of boring.
Definitely bring a sex friend to Sukhothai.

It has been many years since I was in Bangkok but I used to pick up street walkers on the street across from the Phetchaburi station late at night. There were independents starting around 11:00 PM, then girls from the clubs who didn't get a customer around 1:00 AM or so. Does anyone know if this street scene is still active or has it been shut down because of the covid virus? I might be going back to Bangkok for a week this summer for work and would love to revisit all the fun places I had experienced in the past.

On my first night in Bangkok, I stopped into Crazy House. The downstairs is filled with girls and customers but upstairs is closed. The girls on stage are mostly nude with a few covered up with a bra and micro skirt. I had some fun with one girl buying her tequila's until she took off to another table with a small group leaving her drink behind, then I was moved away by staff so I left.

I was in Phuket and Bangkok for 10 days last week. Things are back to normal for the locals. However, foreign tourists are still down and hotels were very cheap. Unfortunately I did not have time to monger as my family was traveling with me. I was also sick with food poisoning. Ate bad grilled shrimp.

Not Crazy House. It's at the end around the corner on Soy Cowboy I believe.

I loved that bar. Like you said. Nude girls. There is a small upstairs.

Can't wait to get back there again some day. I have fun fucking girls in Tijuana now as I live close but miss BK.

I'd like to see it next visit in August, if still open.

So I am here trying my best to survey the scene in BKK. Patpong is closed except for a few places no FL around. Soi Nana has a bit more activity but in certain places. Around Grace hotel no action very scarce in individuals. Around Nana plaza some more FL hanging out but not much. Most of the FL are around Thermae lots more in that area. Prices are inflated at all places quoted 2000 for ST. Also lots and lots of guys around as well. Beer garden I went in on Friday around 11 pm and there were 4 people in the bar. Another shock for me is that most FL want payment up front which is not how I remembered it to be. When I lived here it was never up front always in the morning. Oh well.

I looked around to make a note of where I was for future reference. Near the Phetchaburi MRT station.

I heard from a girl that Patpong just re-opened. Nana was picking up, though I didn't see much nudity. FL activity in that area was way down. Soi Cowboy was similar. Only Kazy Cosy (or whatever Crazy House is now called) was topless, so far as I could tell, and they had some great eye candy. A perfectly perky Khon Kaen princess let me do a lot of roaming for a lady drink. Wanted 3 k for ST covered. The drinks there seem expensive - 180 be min.
