There are some things you can do to enhance your experience. Go the gym regularly. Do cardio or some sports. I like to play a lot of racquet sports with weights at the gym and light yoga / stretching it helps. All these help raise your testosterone levels. Then eat healthily too. I enjoy my occasional steak and hamburger, but I eat a lot of fruits, veggies. I also took ED medication which helps a great deal.

Similar habits here.

I play competitive sports (used to be a pro but no longer). No meat, hardly any fried food (yes, I have my cheat meals), lots of veggies and fruits. Quit smoking long time ago. Cutting down on alcohol (reduced intake to about 30% of what it was 3 years ago).

Yoga, swimming, running.
