Kontact Bar Principles and system: Utter Shit.
Girls: Very rough, but thankfully clothed.
Price: Double per hour than an FKK (200$ per hour)
Drinks: Very expensive but seen worse.
Ambience: small, dark and pokey, but clean. NO Facilities to speak of. No drink = no talk to girl.
Conclusion: Strictly for American Servicemen who can't be bothered to drive to Frankfurt.
At the risk of re-inventing the wheel, I will post this tid-bit in the hope it is news / useful to someone, newbie or veteran alike.
Many pooners come to Germany and either rent their own auto, or if they're like me, they use Public Transit to make their way around the country.
I have found the trains excellent: on time and fairly frequent. I use the DB website to plan my routes / costs prior to arriving. When I get there, being based in Frankfurt, I use the services of the DB office, upper level Hauptbahnhof.
But in this day an age of iPods & iPads it would be nice to use them, given a WiFi or G4 connection. On my iPod the main DB website does not work well. But guess what, there's an App. For that! Available on the DB site or from the APP. Store it really works well. IMHO.

Unfortunately I cannot spend that much time on the computer because my family is staying at my house. Long story short I will be going to paris for work and want to spend some time having fun. Thinking of zurich and frankfurt and them Amsterdam.
I need to be in Paris June 27 and 28. I was planning to arrive in europe on June 24 or 25. After the 28 I can stay until July 3. So I have time before and after to play. I've researched the train thing so I think that will be my best bet.
Need advice on where to fly into and leave. Want to sight see a littel in paris and Amsterdam. Want to bang in the other destinations. Should I fly into paris?

I know it is an unusal point, but I have allergies to tree pollen and this is the allergy season here in Canada. I assume that it is also now spring in Germany so the trees are pollenating there as well. Does anyone know if now is also the allergy season in Germany? Does anyone have allergies and know if they got better or worse in Germany? Thanks.

Golden Time is a must go club, should be the first in your list. Be aware that it gets very crowded after more or less 5 pm. Lots of info about the club at the poper thread.
Van Goch is not worthy a visit, I was there a few times because it is very close to Weeze Airport and that was the airport I arrived and departed from in Germany. Not a horrible club but not worthy a visit. I made 2 reports when I was there, make a research.
Heavensgate is a nice FKK. Good club, was there twice and it is worthy a visit, cheaper prices than average. There is also one partytreff in Dorsten very close to Heavensgate, named Partytreff Dorsten, again check the proper thread. Never been there, it gets mixed reviews here. If I were in your shoes would pay a visit.

They publish every year, for different parts of the country, a calendar where you may find which kind of polens can affect in which time slice of a year.
You may find this calendar on the pharmacies (I guess they call it "Apotheke" in German) and you may also find the necessary cure for each allergia, in these Apothekes.

In other words; Yep, there's much pollen to be seen and inhaled here at the moment.
