Yes I agree with Santa. It's straight talking. Hope the new members get the message and start acting on it. There is a lot of cumulative experience on this forum. If everyone starts sharing whatever experience they have, this forum can really serve the purpose. I think our friend Jackson has started it for this very purpose.

I agree with JSF. The forum is more about sharing your experiences. Frankly speaking amount of PMs I have got in few days asking for contacts in return for them offering me excellent links is annoying. I have shared with few without any conditions on same.
I have requested some for contacts as well at some time but I have never made it a condition that they have to or propose that I would refer them to someone I know ONLY because they share with me first.
Hopefully people would focus on sharing without prejudice and conditions, allowing all to have the same blissful experience as they might have had!
