Yeah, there is a pretty decent scene in CR. Nothing compared to CM but still a lot of fun.

Behind the clock-tower, near the Wiang Inn Hotel there is a small soi with a bunch of beer-bars and go-go's. Those should suffice for your three day visit- plenty of available young babes.

I am in this sleepy shit heap right now. Last night - and yesterday - I toured the go go area. There is a gay and straight place both called Lobo; both obviously owned by the same dudes and indicative that there is a scam on here as there are so few places and what places there are seem decidedly sleepy and empty and, as regards the meat on offer, over priced. I was offered short time for 1500 baht but just laughed. I passed these places up to about 10 pm and they were dead. There are no more than 8-10 places in all.
