Whalley in Surrey is a pretty crappy area with lots of drugged out people and a higher LEO presence, so there are more risks, but there are also some great rewards. I've picked up non-pros hitch-hiking in Surrey who were easily talked into earning a quick $20.
If you're looking for something else, you could Google search for other webboards that more closely meet your particular interests.

Just came back from my week long vacation. As promised, here's my contribution.
As someone looking for a brothel type of establishment, I was happy and excited to have found an AD at the back page of free city guide.
