I have had zip files sent to me by trusted friends without their knowledge, these trojans simply access there address book and start senting itself to everyone on there contact list.

Why would any girl want to send a virus to the hands that feeds them. I have been lucky, my computer has been able to detect these viruses and stop them from doing any damage.

No offense, but to leave a girl that you want to marry/love in the Philippines for a year, without you, is asking for trouble. I am not saying all girls are bad, but they are human and if someone comes along and it has been a year since you were there, they wonder in their mind if you are really coming back.

I met this girl at LA Cafe. She came in and sat by herself and didn't talk to anyone for over 1 1/2 hours. She looked scared and out of place. I finally got her to smile by teasing her and asked her if she wanted a drink. After another hour I asked her if she wanted to go with me and she said yes and I asked her how much and she said 1000P. Right then I knew that she didn’t really know the game.

I took her back to my hotel, the Diamond, and when she saw the suite she started to get excited. She ran to the sofa and laid down and said can I stay here all night. We watched a movie and then I said it time for bed. She started to cry and told me that she knew why girls went to LA Café, but she didn’t really want to go there and do that, but she needed money. Long story short, she told me that her friend had hooked her up with a visitor 7 months ago and she went on a three day trip with her friend and the guys. The guy fell in love with her and had been sending her money for 7 months (after three days together). He was supporting her so she could go to school and 2 months ago he wrote and told her sorry that he couldn’t keep supporting her. So, when her saving ran out, she went to LA.

I told her that it was okay, I would never force her to do anything and that she could sleep there without worry. I showered and then she went to shower. When she came out of the shower all she had on was the hotel robe. She got into bed and just laid there for about 15 minutes. Then very softly she came over kissed me and laid in my arms. It didn’t take 5 minutes and she opened her robe and proceeded to be the aggressor. It turned out to be one of the best that I had in the Philippines.

The girl in the picture may not be a hardcore but IMHO is really ugly. No wonder she was sitting in the corner.
While beauty is in the eye of the beholder I would not even glance at this girl twice whether she is a newbie or not. This is just my opinion. No flame please.
Given the choices of girls in LA cafe there are some real gems to be had. Many girls who are living in the surrounding provinces come once in a while for some extra cash. There are some housewives who come during the day also. Really good looking young girls come at night only.
But believe me all the girls know the game and play well. As for her asking 1000 Pesos for ST, that is the going rate for ugly girls. In fact is lucky to get any business at all. They all have stories to tell if you believe them. Do not fall for that.

One needs to be incredibly careful about opening up attachments such as photos and/or zip files. Most antivirus programs and webmail services such as Yahoo or Hotmail have the capability of scanning the file before opening it.

Never open an EXE file sent to you via email. Your just asking for trouble. I've found that using the following three programs together is very effective in greatly reducing your risk.

Avast Antivirus (free)
Zone Alarm Firewall (free)
SuperAntiSpyware (free)

I have read some of the comments regarding the LA Cafe. This is on the site of the old Rosie's Diner is it? Last time I was in Ermita it looked like Beirut. Thanks to Herr Lim! Good to see something rising from the ashes or do I have the location wrong? A security update on YM. I have just reinstalled 'snoop free' which identifies keyloggers and attempts at 'screen capture' by remote sources. It reported an illegal keylogger in YM which it blocked of course. I am beginning to think this YM has more holes than a swiss cheese. Be careful guys. You may lose more than your virginity! The link to snoop free is: [url]www.snoopfree.com/PrivacyShield. I have been using YM the past two days since and had no functionality problems but each time I start it Snoop Free just informs me that the keylogger has been jammed.

As to why a girl would send a virus well, I had just told her. In Tagalog. That I was aware of her game and had no intention of playing it! I think the shock of my Tagalog and the realisation that she was wasting her precious internet time on a longer term scam was enough motivation. She realised I was no longer a canditate to feed her anything. Even the salami with the special sauce! anyway good to be a part of this forum, shields up guys!

My point of her sitting in corner was more that I have a few girls in LA Cafe jump on me when I enter, or you can watch them running to every new guy who enters. I have had a lot of 9 or 10's, but they were starfish. After being in the Philiipines for 7 months, I am looking for something different. Remember, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. BTW, I checked the last year and I saw no photo posts by you, just a lot advice.
