In Duisburg mostly Laufhuser with limited services. But I like Eros26 mostly with some really good looking girls. There are about 6 Brothels (Laufhäuser) near Vulkanstr. 26.

You can have "GFE" with a few exceptions. The rooms in Vulkan Eros 19 or 26 are excellent (like the Magnum rooms. Which imo are often too small though). Don't confuse that with Amsterdam or Hamburg which are real shitholes compared to Duisburg.

My first time in Magnum in Erkrath, 21th May, 21:50-1:00 (Saturday).
I got there just before 10 pm, supposedly at this time most of the girls show up (club opens at 15 pm, and happy hour entry (40 euro) is between 15 pm-18 pm, so definitely not a day club). Paid entry 50 euro.
I read on German forum that food is good in this club, and I can confirm it, choice and quality was pretty good! There is also a salad bar, and also some fruits and some cakes. Food is available even after midnight (club closes at 5 am or 7 am). Unfortunately no tea is available, even at the bar.
Club is very big, and it has many levels (men lockers are on ground floor, women locker I believe are in basement, club main area on first floor, and fun rooms are on first and second floors). I haven't been here before pandemic, but it looks like they have renovated in recent times, nice!
There is a swimming pool (with no one swimming of course), spotted 2 saunas.
Unfortunately, music plays VERY LOUD at the bar. I think this club is aimed to appeal to turkish / albanish / etc crowd. Not my kind of crowd, didn't feel comortable here for some reason.
Girls: for sure more than 40. Most of them looking for prey, some more actively than others. Most of them not in my type, but there were a few good looking I could session with. I said no to few girls. Finally one smiling, beautiful face, teenager-type slim girl talked to me and wanted to go to room.
She was Mina from Bulgaria. I said yes, but right after we went for the room, she turned into completely non-talking, passive, money-oriented robot. A 180 degrees change. Tried upselling of course (denied). She couldn't even properly do a blowjob (CBJ). It was so bad that I practically had to jerk myself (no sex). Completely waste of money! On german and dutch forums there are not many positive threads about girls in Magnum, now I get that there may be a reason for that. Of course at reception no one asked me about my satisfaction and experience I had with girls. Magnum is one of those other clubs, where girls do whatever the fuck they want.
I don't plan to come back here again (good food is not my primary goal, having good sex with girls is). Actually I prefer Samya better, if I would have to choose a turkish club with loud music. There at least I know those 2-3 good service providers.
Girtls in Laufhäuser (brothels) typically decline all those services (BBBJ, kissing) or require additional moneys. GT service levels were crazy high.

If You want higher value for money, even not best time with holidays, in my beloved mountains for me, then try Penelope with entry 30 , sc Venus, GG and Magnum. NRW remains best value for money for quality in FKK land, GG my best for quality. Better to visit from Thursday to Sunday, Friday and Saturday being best. Heated swimming pool at Magnum. Beautiful garden for sex at GG, much better than at Bruggen. Germany is still worthing to drive for me, after Paris escorts level fall for quality.

Only Nadine at Wellcum could compete, when 2 at GG are different = more elegant woman. Quite good foods, entry 40 before 6 pm, warm swimming pool. I will return after my holidays.
