There were reports on the news today that there were record numbers of wet pussies along the border.
I thought it must have been the rain, but now I see it was because The Filthy One was there......
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. government on Friday said that effective January 8, 2007, citizens of the United States, Canada and Mexico must present a passport or one of two other approved documents to enter the United States by air or sea from the Western Hemisphere.
I figured I would go ahead and beat the rush and re-upped mine for another 10 years, since it was about to expire anyway. Any of you amigos who do not yet have one can start here. It's a LOT easier if you already have one and it hasn't been expired for too long, more than 5 years. If so then you can re-up by mail by sending you old passport in with the check for $67 and some passport pix. If you have never had one you will need to present your carcass at one of their "acceptance facilities", which may include post offices, courthouses, ect, in addition to the federal building, along with the appropiate documents to prove you are really you along with the requisite fee of $97. It's really not all that big a pain in the ass, best done soon while the wait is still acceptable.
P.S. Oops, I should have read a little further ahead before replying. My bad.
I am going about my business, taking my time, I don't have any place to be or do anything so I'm cruising along Paisano, the part that hugs the river. Damn, when it rained a couple weeks ago I know the river went up to the banks and in some parts it threatened to go over the levy on the Mexican side.
Today for the first time I saw it. I have never seen the river with so much water in it. Since that heavy rain I have been over the border but always driving and not much of a view. I remember as a kid, there was always a steady flow, some parts could not be crossed by wetbacks coming over, only certain places were safe for crossing. Now no part is safe.
Last summer I snapped some pics and there was no water in the rio except for a couple of puddles.
Tomorrow I will break out the LOJ cam and shoot some video. Of the rio that is.
The Filthy (why is my back wet) One
Last year or two, when I was looking at homes around Santa Teresa, I stopped and took a few pics here & there along the Rio. One thought that kept crossing my mind was how sad it was that it was so empty and weak - like so may 'famous' rivers are nowadays. Same thought that I usually had when walking over the bridge. Being an old dude, I remember school teachings of these mighty rivers.
Now, sitting in NE Las Cruces I'm so glad I didn't end up on that westside I-10 corridor but I AM a little pissed by how much I'm not cashing out from football. It's a little scarey, with a 2300 pound car, to make the trek but would love to see the Rio for myself....

So as promised I went to Juarez but not till late, around 7pm or so. I snapped a couple pics from the top of the bridge and pasted the 2 together as you can see in pic #1.
I then entered Mexico and hung a right to snap a pic of under the bridge. You see, when I drive I go by the free bridge then to Malecon, cross Fransico Villareal, under the bridge then Mariscal St. Well I won't be doing this for a while.
While I was in Juarez I cruised by the neighborhood and ran into Laura. She wanted to hang out for a bit so we went to this "new" club called Faustos. Ok, new my ass. You see, Faustos is now called Alice & Charlies. So the new club, right next door to A&C is called Faustos. I don't get it but I'm not the boss. Becareful here if you have bad knees or something, the stairs are steep. There were 5 girls working, Daniella of Rancho Grande, Angie of Hollywood, Garrabi (sp?) of Hollywood and of course a couple of fat chicas. I will pass more time in there tonight and post a full report. If they stay open for more than a month I will include them in the reviews on my website.
Laura went back to work and I headed to Las Palmeras. On the way, in front of the Del Rio convenience store a guy was taking a shit. Actually he wasn't taking because when I passed by on my way back he left the terd there. I didn't see any paper so if I see this guy again I will be sure not to shake his hand.
Not much else to report except while on the bridge back I snapped a couple of night shots that didn't turn out so well so I'm not gonna post them. While snapping some security lady on the American side put the flashlight on my and told me not to snap pics. Fuck her, I was done anyway so I didn't smart off at her. I was still legally on the Mexican side so why she had to impose her ass on me from across the border I don't know, maybe she has a pair.
I then crossed the border so I will post the rest on the usasexguide.info.

This article appeared in El Diario de Juarez a few weeks ago. I thought it might spark some discussion.

All service to be provided in “tolerance zone”
July 26, 2006
50 hectares minimum suggested by the Downtown Juarez Clean-up and Moral Standards Project
Horacio Carrasco
El Diario
The zone of tolerance, if approve, will have at least 50 hectares with adequate parking, public services such as police and firefighters, handicrafts market, bars, money exchanges, hotels and restaurants, said Juan Federico Fernandez Ordonez, coordinator of the Downtown Juarez Clean-up and Moral Standards Project, who was designated to this position by mayor Hector Murguia.
It will also have beauty salons, health clinics, emergency room, city bus terminal, telephone services, show rooms, taxi site, medical attention for the prostitutes and daycare for their children.
It should be thought of as a “mini-Vegas”, that is a well designed tourist attraction, with no access to minors, rather than a dungeon or an ugly, unhealthy corral, all of this with the goal of taking advantage of the sexual tourism of Americans, he added.
Fernandez Ordonez also works in the project for the Prevention, Detection and Control of Sexually Transmitted Disease and Reduction of Prostitution for the region of Juarez, in which the creation of a tolerance zone is being considered.
He stated that, “it is not a question of satanizing or persecuting prostitutes, but rather an attempt to help them. We have the duty to provide them with a way out of this activity.”
He added that other municipal administrations have done public works that fixed sidewalks, walls, facades or sewers, but that what the Juarez public really wants is to be able to walk freely through the streets of the downtown area.
It is urgent that the center of the city be restored to a family environment, not one that belongs to criminals, prostitutes or the forces of chaos, rather one of respect for commerce and tourism, he stated.
“I am not opposed to prostitutes, female or male. I believe that they are people who need to be spoken to, guided, and evangelized. Various churches can play a role in that,” he said.
It is important to show the world what we have here, such as industry, art, and family values, not just prostitution and alcohol, as has been perceived for decades.
Juarez’s image needs to be dignified. Family principles and basic values need to be established to allow people to walk around downtown with freedom and without fear.
Cities are known throughout the world for their culture, architecture, monuments, museums, industry, education, art, commerce, health, and transportation, not for their bars and brothels, he added.
“We have to face t he problem straight on; we can’t ignore it,” he said. “What is needed is a tolerance zone outside of the city, far from the city.”
He said that a zone of tolerance is feasible because it is a necessary evil, but that it should not be in the downtown area, but rather outside of the city where it won’t affect our children, our wives, and our families.
It should be a respectable zone, clean and cared for both in terms of safety and health, something which is organized and well made, he added.
Nobody is scared off by decent bars where the family can go to get a pizza and the adults can have a glass of wine. A brothel with child prostitution, pornography, or uncontrolled homosexuality is a different story, he said.
Our rights end where those of others begin. Certainly these people have rights and duties, but their rights end where the rights of the community begin.
The problem of prostitution, a necessary evil, needs to be moved somewhere else, Fernandez said.
I believe in regulating it. It can’t be left loose because it causes public health problems.
He stated that it is a serious problem which should be solved rather than worsened. These people need solutions, guidance, care for their children, and new activities.
He stated that there are several proposals to establish the zone of tolerance: in colonia Waterfill, in San Jeronimo, and one to put it at a kilometer from the kilometro 20 traffic circle along the road to Casas Grandes where there is an appropriate space.
“To avoid losing American sex tourism business, it should be put along the edge of the Rio Grande or on the border with New Mexico, but not in the downtown where it is a point of infection and insecurity,” he added.
Had some hotties working there tonight.
Would of choose one except Arleth took me to a room before I had a chance to think. . .funny. . .
What I like about Sirena is the Madam never rags the girls to hurry up. . .shit I don't think I've ever even seen that fat lady stand up. . .
Outside of the health concerns being addressed, I say gimmie 'the forces of chaos' and leave them right where they are.
just back and had a good time. i'll post the full report later.
had 3 and 2 were no good. i should post the other 2 girls names here since i found out chico has read this board and they were his girls. but i won't. (i took them to my hotel without asking chico which is a no no for the girls) little tramps want their money first and then whine and moan after 5 minutes about how long its taking.
tip:
if you take girls around the club l area to your room and they are chicos girls talk to him first, tell him what you want and let him tell them. otherwise they will screw you on time or anything they can and they don't care. but they don't want to screw chico. i learned that lesson this time. chico treated me right, he was a cool cat. he was the opposite of what i read about him here. i talked to him and he told the girl to go with me and stay for the whole damn hour. he got in her face and said don't come back until the hour is done. she did exactly that. i gave him half up front. the girl did her job better for half money than i paid her before. which just goes to show me i need to go through him otherwise these chicas will try and screw you over if possible.
obviously he doesn't want his girls going "off campus" as he can't keep an eye on em, but i told him i wouldn't use his rooms so he agreed.
i want to note again that some of these chicas are younger, be careful. there are a couple which i would be very cautious of, obviously getting down to range where you couldn't tell if they were ****. stick to the ones in their mid twenties at youngest. edith below looks young but i know shes in her mid twenties even though she has that sweet young thing look.
spent some time with the 1 girl i had wanted to for a long time, edith. damn why does she have to be a shooter? she is a gem. that smile of hers is priceless. and as posted before she either enjoys it or is a great actor. i was happy to tip her and wished i had spent the money on her that i kinda wasted on the other two.
i just wanted to repost this beauty. photo courtesy of gntlman monger:

Government has a tendency to screw things up, they never get the old maxim: "If it ain't broke don't fix it".

Chito is the dudes name, and he is a two faced lying bastard, don't trust anything he tells you. He's all about money, and tell you what you want to hear. And you can take that to the bank. He hires druggies and supplies them with the drugs to keep them hooked and in debt working for him. That is a fact.

Haven't been to Sirena in quite awhile, mainly to avoid Racquel. Can you (or anyone else) tell me if she's still there? She's a sweet, pretty woman, upper 30s though, with considerable baby damage. She's called me her novio for quite some time, which doesn't bother me, but she'd probably get upset if I didn't pick her. The last time I was there, about 8-10 months ago, she warned me not to touch her head or hair because she'd recently had some kinda surgery on her head. Creepy. I feel for her and have done a considerable amount for her in the past, but feel that chapter should now be closed. I'd appreciate any reports on whether or not she's still there before I go back. thanks.
oh and btw, the large madam does indeed ring the bell at an hour for a jacuzzi session. This really sucked and I complained to no avail that half the allotted time was spent filling and dealing with the jacuzzi.
Can someone tell me what are the best strip clubs. Looking to explore the options outside the massage parlors.
Anyone know of a good place to go in Juarez during the day (noon to five) for a quickie?
